The location is very central, but the service team was clearly overwhelmed with the breakfast rush over the weekend, which was somewhat surprising given the start of the Fallas festival. Some rooms on the 5th floor have only a very small window. The reception staff are always trying to generate add-on sales.

The hotel was very well located near the cathedral, Calle de Colo, and other attractions. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The waiters were also very friendly. You might even meet Paco; he's fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel—you won't regret it.
