Entering the building feels like entering a hospital, and entering the room feels like entering a clinic. It is all white and very clean and tidy. Self-service check-in was still somewhat difficult for me. After struggling for a long time, I was lucky enough to meet a staff member and successfully checked in. There are several restrooms and bathrooms, which are usually empty, clean, tidy and well-equipped. However, it is not as convenient as the private bathrooms in the rooms, especially if you forget to bring your cell phone to the bathroom in the middle of the night, which would be a tragedy. It was the first time I stayed in Europe and even though it was a private room, there was no toilet or bathroom. It was really eye-opening.

The staff was attentive and helpful, the toilets and bathrooms were not very clean, there was a strange smell in the rooms. Since we slept in bunk beds, the bunk beds were not very comfortable. Other than that, it was not bad for the price we paid. The location is central, transportation is comfortable and easy.

Good overnight stay with family in Valencia. The room was equipped with all the necessary comforts, good cleaning, necessary for bathroom and towels. The bathroom in our case was private but outside the room, good. However, it was reported during the booking phase so we were aware of it. The room very minimal but with comfortable beds and hotel located in an excellent area for getting around the city. Close to the Colón market, shops, bars, supermarkets and transport. In 15 minutes on foot you could easily reach the center.
