The concept of the hotel being a renovated building is very interesting. The bathroom in the room is large, but it is not separated from wet and dry. The design of the water drainage is not reasonable, and because it is in a hard water area, the experience of washing hair is not pleasant. But the service is the same as other facilities. It's all good!

Superbe hôtel. Très belle piscine. Le personnel est à votre service et aimable que ce soit à l'accueil ou dans les restaurants/bar. La chambre était également agréable si ce n'est qu'il faut un peu de temps pour la chauffer étant donné la hauteur du plafond. Gros soucis de facturation pour nous car l'hôtel nous a débité le solde du séjour alors que tout avait été réglé lors la réservation. Après plusieurs réclamations à l'hôtel, trip.com est intervenu pour régler efficacement le problème.

Fabulous hotel. We stayed here from 6-8 May with a group of 23 lady golfers. From first contact to the last day has been a wonderful experience. The contact with the reservation staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and our group were duly impressed. The checkin went extremely quickly and our reaction when entering the rooms was WOW. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated and the bed very comfortable. Both the bar and the atrium were deserving of a WOW as was the beautiful spa and pool. The bistro meal on day one was delicious and very good value for money. The meal in restaurant La Storia was Michelin Star worthy and the setting was beautiful. The staff and the service were very helpful and friendly. Many of our group plan on returning as do I. I cannot thank Alban enough for all his patience, help and perfect organisation.

My husband booked this as a surprise for my 40th birthday. Absolutely stunning place; the way they’ve married the old and the new so seamlessly. We had a lovely suite and the cleaners have to be applauded. Being a mum of two young boys, the thought of all the beautiful glass and mirrors and metal being covered in fingerprints just made me fully appreciate just how clean the place was. I didn’t see one single cobweb in the whole place! The bath robe and slippers were lovely. We stayed for two nights, had a couples massage and ate at the hotel for dinner breakfast and one lunch. It’s a shame that the beautiful building is let down by the service. You definitely don’t get more simply by paying more. The massage felt rushed and they washed their hands and tidied up very noisily the instant they were done which ruined the relaxing mood. The food was lovely but the time it takes to get the attention of the waiting staff is rather silly so we had to wait for our drinks and to order our food and get plates cleared. The pool was also far too chilly! We asked for a memory foam pillow (as per a previous guests tip) but we were ignored the first time then told the second time they didn’t have any. They did send a better pillow after an hour. My husband had also told receptionist it was my fortieth, on the Sunday, but there was no celebration or anything special which seemed a shame. All in all, we have stayed at far superior places and for a lot less money so wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t visit again.

This is an unbelievable facility! Check out the history of the extensive renovation of this historic hospital. Every room and space is palatial and the spa pool is amazing. Good breakfast and in-house bar and restaurants. A good value if you stay at least 3 days.

What a stunning hotel, wow wow wow However, the staff were unfriendly, and the food was average, and overpriced. I would return, but eat elsewhere
