Nice hotel, I was very satisfied with the service of the receptionist. He was really kind, professional, fast and polite. Room service should definitely clean better, I noticed a lot of hair on room floor and on the bathroom tiles.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Location close to fabrication area and around 30minutes walk across the river to the main park. Around 50minutes to Plaza Mayor.

The access, the friendliness, the cleanliness, the decor—everything was great. I didn't get to enjoy the space much because it was just one night. But I loved it.
