"We spent a few unforgettable nights at Mirabó de Valldemossa and it turned out to be the highlight of our Mallorca trip. This small, personal hotel sits up in the mountains with breathtaking views over the village, and the whole atmosphere is amazing . Antonio and the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - warm, attentive, and genuinely caring service that never felt formal or distant, just heartfelt. It was exactly what we hoped for. A sweet little bonus: goats and sheep wandering by right outside, adding to the peaceful, rustic charm of the place. Waking up to those views (and the occasional goat!) is something we’ll never forget. If you’re looking for a romantic, authentic, and beautifully quiet escape in the mountains above Valldemossa, this is it. We can’t wait to come back. Martina & Anders"

"Well located in the town centre, this charming and picturesque small hotel is perfect for exploring Valdemosa with everything on your doorstep. No aircon but lots of fans and windows. Room very comfortable with great views and people watching. En suite rainshower. Good simple breakfast on little patio. Great little honesty bar for the end of the evening. Beware if there is a festival in the square. Highly recommend a little modern bar very nearby with great views - Es Petite Bar!"

"This was our second visit to Hotel Valldemossa and it was every bit as wonderful as the first time. The hotel is an oasis of tranquility but within easy walking distance of Valldemossa. The rooms are beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The pool area is very relaxing and the loungers are very comfortable. Breakfast offers a good variety of fresh food and the lunches by the pool were delicious. The best cristal bread I have ever had! Dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent. What makes this hotel very special is the staff. They are all wonderful. From arrival to departure they look after guests so well. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always around to assist any way they can. Anna the deputy manager is exceptionally good and manages to be both very friendly and also professional. Gonzalo is a breath of fresh air with his daily greetings and smile. We cannot wait to visit again."

"Terrible experience at this hotel. Not as advertised. Don't waste your time, move on to next hotel option. This is more of a "Hostel" not a Hotel. It's very old & worn out with no apparent interest in making anything work. Reception is entirely "self help" ... there is none, just a unfriendly dude who rarely is at desk and can't lift a finger to help you....such an insult to guests. Old rooms, smells bad, there are very limited items in rooms or none (minimal towels, body wash soap in tiny packets, no lotion, no kleenex, cups, etc...). After a long day, we had to figure out how to check in...on an iPad with the room key sitting on desk. We spend 15 minutes trying to get room key to work in the door (after finding another guest who had the same problem) and this wasn't our first key rodeo. When we did see reception dude the next day he had no interest in assisting. Practically everything is is done via iPad- check in & honor bar (which was crappy). We found it ironic that they had video surveillance cameras in the lobby to see what's going on but couldn't be bothered to help you. Extra linens & pillows smelled worse than if you put them in your basement for 10 years. The shocking part was there was a full window in the shower that you stand immediately in front of when you shower that had no coverings & you are entirely naked to the road up above & the back of the hotel/garden below - in what culture is this OK? In the book for guests in the rooms it talked about ants - don't leave any food out in your room & if you have an ant problem you can get the poison yourself to kill them down in reception area or have them do it for you, WOW. To be in a room that you cannot feel comfortable unpacking or leaving your luggage open is terrible. There's so much more but hopefully his us enough to give you an accurate picture. Others have talked about the steep entry & exit from the property to town, the hotel needs to be clear about that for its guests. Don't waste your time, they should pay you to stay there"
