Had a very lovely stay here in July, Tiago was an absolute super star and helped with anything we needed and went above and beyond - some of the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel before. The pool area is great to relax by, would definitely recommend staying

The picture la are misleading
The hotel is not in Barcelona like it stated in the booking site I had to pay $59 and the taxi driver was not happy to drive “out of his range” once arriving, the guy gave us the Wi-Fi code, and then later told us he forgot it didn’t work there was burnt cigarette marks in the bathroom mold in the cracks in the tub The bed was hard the hotel smells old. The chair arms were dirty, and the AC didn’t work also the mini fridge was unplugged when we got there so all of our food was warm and we just threw it out. Also, it was blood marks on the wall. Just a horrible experience.

Amazing hotel and amazing view. The staff was completely nice and friendly. Staying again here 100%. Love it a lot. I recommend 100% to everyone you won’t regret.

Good morning, after leaving the Montmeló circuit, we proceeded to go to the hotel to rest after a long day of exhaustion. Upon arrival, they informed me that they had received an email stating that I could not stay at their facilities due to overbooking. All this after having booked in March when I got the Moto GP tickets, therefore, they were warned. Next I read the email and they explained to me how it worked, I couldn't find the phone number among so many that there were and I had to settle for one at the end that seemed correct because the receptionist boy didn't help me find it. It turns out that apart from that, instead of helping you since the problem was caused by them, they don't even help. If it weren't for *******'s guy, I sleep in a car during bad weather conditions. At least they offered us something better comparing their facilities with the solution that ******* gave us. Keep in mind that if there is overbooking and you have not arrived before 12:00, you will be left without a room taking into account that the check-in time is not specified since you can check in whenever you want according to the reservation conditions they offer.
