Las personas que nos atendieron no tenían vergüenza sobre todo la dueña reservado con 2 meses de antelación y me encuentro que mi abitacion está ocupada y no nos dan ninguna solución te informa y ves que lo suelen hacer no lo recomiendo no lo recomiendo

Sitio recomendable. Limpio, elegante, con un servicio de Recepción muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Tuvimos que pedir su colaboración para esperarnos unos minutos el dia de nuestra llegada y tal cual nos prometieron, nos estaban esperando y siempre con una sonrisa. Sin dudas repetiremos. De hecho, tuvimos dos estancias en Dic 2024 y luego en Enero 2025. Desde ya es nuestro sitio para pernoctar en Navalcarnero.

Mal en general, muy mal. En primer lugar no hay atención en la recpción de forma permanente, ni al llegar ni en caso que tengas un problema. Para acceder desde la calle a la recepción, puerta estrecha y escalones. Cero accesibilidad. Dos maletas junto a ti, y ya no cabe ndie más en esta sala-entrada-recepción. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, con paredes de papel, se escucha absolutamente todo de las habitaciones contiguas, pero también de las de enfrente, pues el pasillo apenas llega al metro. El poco ruido de la calle, parece estar a los pies de la cama. La puerta del baño, corredera, al cerrar deja 4 dedos por cada lado...ruido y olores todos, intimidad, cero. Los colchones de las camas, muy regulares. La limpieza bien.

El Hotel muy bonito. Aparentemente un sitio que transmite paz. La habitación interior con una ventana que da al restaurante, en consecuencia no duermes nada hasta que se van los comensales. Teníamos que madrugar y la fiesta en el comedor duró hasta las 2:00 de la madrugada, y precisamente los comensales que estaban en el restaurante según avanzaba la noche iban aumentando el volumen. Seguramente ellos pongan una muy buena opinión aquí, porque se lo pasaron genial (doy fé) pero mi familia y yo no pudimos descansar nada. Así que no volveremos ni lo recomendaremos. A parte no cumplen con lo que dicen en su web, no nos dieron la consumición de bienvenida al contratarlo directamente con ellos. Vamos que no es oro todo lo que reluce. Una pena.

Pues yo lo valoro como restaurante, hemos comido un par de veces allí y hemos comido muy bien , tiene una terraza acristalada con pocas mesas para comer tranquilo , varios vinos a elegir para poder tomar por copa cosa que yo agradezco y valoro y la comida muy buena , tartar de atún , cecina , alcachofas , almejas y destacaría un arroz ***** muy rico y un chuletón también muy bueno , sitio tranquilo agradable y buena atención , grata sorpresa

In viaggio verso Madrid, capitati per caso in questo paesino delizioso e pulito, davvero a misura d'uomo, ci siamo imbattuti in questo hotel boutique davvero carino. Camera molto bella, con pietre a vista, bellissima doccia. Ottima accoglienza. L'hotel è però, per la maleducazione degli ospiti, piuttosto rumoroso (anche in strada, troppo baccano) e in camera resta accesa la luce d'emergenza, ragion per cui io, che ho bisogno del buio assoluto, ho dormito proprio male. La struttura è comunque veramente bellissima.

Estuvimos en una comida familiar, la comida tiene buen sabor, pero las raciones son muy pequeñas, el servicio muy muy lento y faltan camareros para poder atender todas las mesas que tienen en el patio interior. El sitio es muy bonito pero le hace mu cv s falta mejorar.
