Overall it was good , but we wait about one hour Until they make a Check in , by the way we already made a booking before we come.

I stay here every time I come to Vancheng. It is very convenient to go to the mall and there is a cafe downstairs.

There are no slippers. There is a barbecue restaurant below. There is a bit of smoke. If you open the window, go to his location. The overall service is good.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was comfortable.

The worst hotel that you could get in Van city was Kamarium Hotel, it had very poor facilities and the hotel was old and dirty, the breakfast facilities were very, very poor. The facilities of this hotel were so poor that it was not a 5-star hotel at all, but it was at the level of a two-star hotel. I had booked hotel for four nights, but the conditions were so bad that I left the hotel a day early. I do not recommend such this hotel

It is really nonsense, the cleanliness of the rooms bas.the breakfast awful.no towels in the rooms! There is no blanket.Park machine bad.I can’t recommend at all.we paid for 5 star hotel but not compare with doubletree hilton hotel .we pay 130 usd per night

Excellent hotel, booked for two days and extended for three more. It was in a quieter area of the city centre, supermarket very close, shops a ten minute walk. The room was a good size, and there was a sofa and chair. No major complaints, housekeeping could have been better. Breakfast was good, but no change in the food selection from day to day. Both the girls on the reception counter were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

First if allí consider Hotel location which is noisy because of a Mosque speakers five times per day. Also, it located just 100 meters of a big school and there is no bus school and all the parents bring their children by their own car everyday and they have to find a place to park, traffic jam and horns noise... Don't count on swimming pool, it's really dirty and polluted and the hotel manager do not have any consideration for cleaning. They make you use a hat and you have to buy a jerky hat for 100. Room services is normal but you have to ask anything by yourself. Attention: There is no tissues in a 5 star hotel.

It was so terrible because nobody can't speak English they did not understand our requests just 2 person in reception can speak English but not very good and the towel was dirty, about breakfast I can explain, everything was low-test and little. Location was in a good area but a mosque was attached to the hotel and it was too noisy early morning.

Hotel is good, clean, great location because you can visit whole central city by walking, services are good too But breakfast place in first floor is too small for hotel passengers, you have to wait in lines to find free table In the end i think is one best hotel in van to stay

It is one of the best hotel in Van. The room was very clean, nice and hot. The hotel is in the middle of the downtown. Many shops and restaurants are around. The stuff was very kind and so hospitable. You won't regret

The Hotel was so good and the people who works there so nice, helpful and good. The breakfast was perfect. Rooms were so comfortable. I reccomend this hotel to everyone. The manager "Caner", And Melek were helpful. Thank you for everything.

Staff were amazing. The room I chose was large. The bed was comfortable. Nothing was a problem for staff if you needed something. Anything that required attention was actioned on very quickly. Excellent shower. The spa centre downstairs was nice for a massage and body scrub 450 TL package (Sept 2022). There was also a hairdresser down there or if men wanted they could get a shave. The restaurant food was excellent and reasonably priced. The reception staff super firendly and professional. Breakfast area was the only disappointment. The room is too small for the number of guests and guests act like they're never going to get food ever again. A lot of offerings kept running out and tables were too close. We felt claustrophic and got anxious so decided to next day eat our breakfasts away from that extremely busy and full room.
