Our family had a fantastic stay at the Azur Hotel in Vancouver. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean with what seemed like brand-new furniture, creating a very comfortable setting. The service was superb, with staff promptly fulfilling requests for extra blankets, pillows, and other amenities without any pressure. What stood out most was the friendliness and readiness of the staff, always eager to assist, making our experience truly memorable.

The service staff are super friendly and polite and even give gifts to children. The room is clean and comfortable, with water and nespresso. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool or gym.

This hotel is very convenient and easy to find downtown The hotel house is very clean and comfortable. European style. There is a restaurant staff in the hotel who are very polite and attentive. They also introduced us to a delicious restaurant for breakfast.

I encountered a problem with the toilet button during this stay. The hotel service was not in place.

Exquisite business hotel, the room is relatively small, but clean and comfortable. The front desk is very efficient. Although my English communication is not good enough, they understand the guests' needs at once, which saves worry and effort. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

Tim Hortons is located right next to the hotel. The location was good as it was a 7-minute walk to downtown. I arrived early and was able to check in early.
