This is our third visit as a family, counting individual stays and recommendations. The value for money is unbeatable, in my opinion. We'll definitely be returning again.

The room was spacious and clean, with disposable slippers and lotion which were very practical. The complimentary morning coffee and lemon water were fantastic. The hotel's location is very convenient; you can walk to the shopping street, attractions, and Chinatown. Excellent value for money, and the front desk service was incredibly warm and welcoming.❤️

Location is good. Is super clean and you can get free coffee in the morning.nearby there is a food stall with very nice burger.

Staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. The room was amazing, great view and very clean and quiet. We loved the complimentary coffee! My only complaint is paying 30$ for parking overnight. I feel like if i’m paying almost 300$ for one overnight stay parking should be free. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Whenever I go to Vancouver BC YWCA is the place that I consider as my second home.

Hotel is clean, location is great very close to many pupuar places, easy access to public transportation, lots of foods and beverage nearby, and the front line staff was very friendly and helpful .

Clean rooms, extremely well located especially if you are willing to walk a bit, friendly service. Parking was underground and well protected. Staff were very professional and efficient.

YWCA hotel is very good location, nice staff and worth, safe and lovely place to stay.

I had an extremely satisfying stay. Even though the room rate was high due to it being peak season, I still considered it good value for money overall. Our room featured a private bathroom, and it was also convenient to have access to the shared toilets.

The room was clean, and the location was convenient. There were many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It wasn't very noisy at night. Breakfast was not provided, and the coffee and beverage options were quite limited. The room rate was expensive!

I booked for 3 nights stay at the hotel. On my first night, I checked into my room which was facing Beatty Street overlooking the BC Place, there was a 2-day concert on going until 11pm. I rang the front desk and asked for room swap, unfortunately all rooms were fully booked at the time. The next day I received a call from the front desk and they were happy to offer another room for my remaining stay, away from the main street where the concert was held. Overall great hotel location, right in the middle of city centre with lots restaurants and shops.
