Pinnacle Hotel Vancouver Harbourfront

I booked two rooms: one on the 16th floor with a city view and another on the 10th floor with a harbor view. It felt like the rooms below the 10th floor were older; the carpets, bedding, and bathroom facilities were all dated. The air conditioning also made a rattling noise, as if some parts were loose, which could definitely use improvement. The room on the 16th floor, however, was newly renovated with much better facilities, and the cleanliness, bedding, and bathroom were all excellent! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! The location is superb, and there are plenty of dining options nearby!

The location is pretty good, about a 10-minute walk to the SkyTrain. The service is excellent, and the rooms are nice. I noticed that they intentionally spoke slower when addressing non-English speaking guests, which was a thoughtful touch. There's no electric kettle, but they'll bring you one if you ask. However, there's no microwave.

The hotel staff were great; they upgraded me to a sea-view room for free. The hotel's location is super convenient, with a convenience store and supermarket nearby. It's also really close to several famous Vancouver landmarks!
