Pros: 1. Location is good Cons: 1. Service could be better. We arrived early and checked in but the room was not ready. We understood that since it was early, the previous guests may not have checked out yet. They informed us that they will message us when the room is ready. Throughout the day, there was no message sent until we finally checked in at 4.20pm (official check in time is at 4pm) and still no message. 2. The lift sucks. The day we arrived, 1 lift is out of order (they have 2 lifts available) and we waited 15 minutes for the lift to finally move, no idea what held up the lift. That’s not the worst of it, on checkout day, both lifts were out of service and we were staying at the highest floor!!!! Just imagine the luggage. I went down and the staff did help to carry the heaviest luggage down, but we had to carry the rest. 3. The shower head water pressure is very low! It was difficult to bathe.

I felt it was okay. The location is good. My room had windows but no nature view - just facing other rooms. The building and lift are a bit old. But the front counter is helpful.

Very close to the center, located on a street full of restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. Everything was great. Having a microwave in the room was a big plus, and everything was very clean.

Good location in Vancouver downtown, walking distance to the train station. Staff were also very helpful and there is coffee at the reception. The floor I stayed on was quiet. Except mattress is a little soft for my liking. Otherwise great stay!

This if our favorite hotel in downtown Vancouver. It’s clean and very convenient to stay. Whenever we have our days off we always choose here to stay.

We had a reservation with run house type. Luckily, we got a queen suite room with kitchen. The room was spacious with all amenities you need. Love it!

Good value for a quick stopover. The staff are lovely and the location is perfect for transit users, with bus stops just a short walk away. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, though the fan was a bit noisy. If you’re a light sleeper, try to request a room away from the stairs/gate to avoid the sound of people passing by. Since it faces an adjacent building, it's very quiet at night with no street noise.

The hotel service was great, and the coffee was delicious. We stayed for 6 nights in total. I had a cup of coffee every day, but on the last day, it was just watery, I wonder why? We arrived early on check-in day, and the front desk staff, wanting us to have a comfortable stay, upgraded our room since we were staying for 5 nights. However, the toilet in the bathroom had a slight leak. We didn't switch rooms because it wasn't a major issue, and we were out all day anyway. The hotel's location is excellent; you can actually walk to most places, or take the bus or subway. There are many diverse food options nearby, including Asian and American cuisine. At night, the area downstairs is very lively with many nightclubs. The hotel room provided an umbrella, which is essential as Vancouver is a rainy city, and a safe. The bathroom and room size were both quite decent. But I wonder if booking through Trip.com means the rooms and beds would be smaller?

Very good location. A lot of bars and restaurants nearby. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. There’s overflowing coffee at the lobby and they clean the room everyday. One of the beds in my room needs replacement, and the carpet is old and it gives the room a bit of smell. Overall, the experience was good!

Good and convenient location with bus stop exactly outside the hotel and many restaurants. At night and weekend it's a bit shady as there are some clubs (even ***** clubs!) but if you're travelling with adults, it's quite safe. Kudos to the staff, all are friendly - especially Geoffrey who was super helpful. Highly recommend if you're on a budget and looking for a strategic location near downtown.

Excellent location, you can access the best parts of downtown by foot. The cleanliness is average, but hotel level. It feels more like 3 star hotel rather than 4 star and there's definitely a smell of 100 year old building. But it is not as bad as some reviews make it out to be, do your checking, make sure your room is clean and ask for changes or questions via the front desk. It's basic stuff.

Good Location! It is only walking distance either Canada line or Expo line.. Service/Facility is great... there is a self service coffee corn at the lobby area. The guest laundry room is a PLUS. The charge is reasonable,i.e. CAD3 for washer/dryer per load and CAD2 each for detegent and softener. It only takes 30 minutes for washing and 60 minutes for drying...
