The hotel facilities are outdated, the room is small, and parking was a hassle to find. The only upsides are its proximity to the sea and having a convenience store and Starbucks downstairs.

Good location. The hotel closes to English bay and Stanley Park. Good to have a walk in the morning or evening. Friendly staff and plenty of varieties food to choose to enjoy. The room is very small and hot. Air circulation is very bad. The building seems very old as well as the out dated air-conditioning. The air conditioning is very noisy when it’s on.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Neer the beach, so good

Nice clean hotel in a lovely area of the city. Though, we booked a double room with a seaview, but upon arival at the hotel, they told us that only standard city view rooms were available. That was a bit disappointing. Also, cold insulation in the room wasn't good and heating system did not work properly. We asked the hotel staff if anything could be done, and they brought us a portable room heater, which saved the day. We had breakfast at the bar on the first floor and it was truly fantastic. Overall, the hotel was nice and we consider coming back in the future.

Absolutely average. I'd definitely not choose this hotel again if there are better options. It was too noisy and too close to the road. The room was very close to the laundry room, so the isolation was poor and it wasn't very clean.

Ants came out of the bathroom several times, and the shower door in the bathroom would open no matter how many times I closed it, so I couldn't shower properly. But the staff were really friendly.

The location is good, the hotel service attitude is very good, there is a pub downstairs, but you can't hear any noise upstairs, it's very quiet

The advantage of the hotel is that it is on the seaside, surrounded by shops and very lively. The disadvantages are that it is a bit noisy, the sound insulation is poor, the hotel is old, the toothbrush is very hard, and there are no slippers. It was great to go to Stanley Park early in the morning, it was so beautiful.

The room is nice, but the facilities are a little old. The location is great, right next to Stanley Park and the beach. At night, the community downstairs feels like there are all kinds of people
