Room was very clean. Only downside was that you had to have your physical credit card. If you have it on your Apple Pay you have to pay £250 deposit and at checkout wait 15 minutes to get your room checked. Probably needs to be updated as that process is very outdated.

The room smelled like mildew especially in the bathroom. The worst part was that the AC unit didn't work. We got in late and the room was not cool. I lowered the temperature on the thermostat and went to sleep thinking that the room would cool down. It didn't. It was warmer through the night and woke me up. The temperature increased by a couple of degrees Celsius.

We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Broadway. On arrival at the hotel we found the staff at check-in so welcoming - thank you to Venezia and Myra. And further more each staff member we came in contact with was delightful from the housekeeping staff to the porters. We highly recommend a room on a high floor with balcony to take in the view. The hotel is a short stroll to the waterfront to catch a ferry to Granville Island. Congratulations to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable!

Air con super bath room clean and was a good location from the sky train which makes getting to and from down town really easy. The only problem was the price was a bit expensive for an old hotel, but I think that was more down to the World Cup. Would stay again happily if price was a bit cheaper.
