The hotel is located at a prime location, with train stations nearby directly linked to the airport. There are also many restaurants along the way and walkable to all tourists spots. Very safe neighbourhood with office buildings surrounding. It can be a bit loud at night due to the ambulances but that’s something that can’t be avoided anywhere in the city.  The breakfast option however is disappointing especially for the lack of vegan options. Breakfast are on an ala carte basis and gratuity is not inclusive. This means that breakfast averages to about $15-20 per breakfast which better options are available around the area with great variety.  Hotel staff are polite and kind.

very nice and warm stay. Staff are helpful. room was so clean and provided all things guest need. Location is the best - close to Train station and bus station. gym a bit old but good for some work-out. all was so perfect

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location, highly recommend

I chose this hotel mainly because it's very close to the Canada Line, only a 5-minute walk away. However, the facilities are indeed quite old, which doesn't quite match the nightly price. The hotel basically has no lobby. Check-in was efficient at night, but there were no doormen to help open the door or carry luggage. I must commend the breakfast; it's an à la carte trial, like having a trendy brunch, and the restaurant service was very good.

The hotel is located in downtown Vancouver with convenient transportation. However, the hotel price is outrageously expensive and offers extremely poor value for money. In addition, the hotel requires a deposit, which many hotels in the same category in Vancouver have already eliminated. The receptionist was rather cold and even asked for a tip. She was also sarcastic and rude when asking the doorman for directions. To be honest, it was a very uncomfortable experience and I will not come back!

The location is excellent, very convenient to get around, right in the city center. The hotel is great, I'd definitely stay here again. It's a well-established hotel in Vancouver, Canada, and the breakfast is fantastic.

The hotel was close to the station and located in the city center, so it was very convenient. The room was clean and I had a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff were all very nice. The value for money was also good, so I would definitely stay here again when I visit Vancouver.

It was almost 2 PM when I checked in, but the front desk service was excellent! They even offered me water because they saw I was tired. The location is superb, extremely central in the city center! Very good!

The room had a somewhat old-fashioned style, the bathroom was large, and although the hotel was showing signs of age, it was very well maintained. The surrounding area was very convenient; it was very close to Gastown and Canada Place.

Located in the city center, very close to the subway station, it's a great choice for first-time visitors unfamiliar with the area. The hotel is surrounded by shopping malls and museums, making it convenient to visit the Canada Centre for panoramic views of North Vancouver or watch the sunset over the bay. The hotel is compact yet convenient, clean and tidy, and the staff are warm and courteous, always welcoming and making you feel right at home. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Vancouver.

The location is right in the middle of downtown. I lived there for 10 days, and it was easy to get on the bus, train, and sea bus. There were many places to eat nearby, so it was very convenient. If I had to say one thing, on the day of check-in, I arrived too early on a JAL flight, so I begged to check in early, but they kept saying they would check it out with a smile, and in the end, I was filling out the paperwork at exactly 4 p.m., so I guess they just weren't motivated to begin with. I should praise the housekeeping staff. I stayed on the 14th floor, and it seemed like each floor had a designated person in charge, and the person in charge on the 14th floor was very cute. Whatever I asked for, they did it right away. The best breakfast recommendation might be the eggs Benedict. The dish from South Africa that I forgot the name of and the salmon bagel were both good, but I just had the eggs Benedict. The fitness gym was a little small, and the machines were not well maintained, but it was open 24 hours a day. The pool also had no strict rules, and I was able to use it until 11 p.m. There were towels by the pool, which was convenient. I happened to get a good deal on a junior suite, so my 10-day trip went by in a flash. Next time I go, I'd like to stay in North Vancouver.

The environment is elegant and the breakfast is delicious!
