This hotel is a shady hotel, please don’t stay there. One month after you left, he said that you damaged the hotel floor and asked you to pay 200 US dollars in compensation, totaling more than 1,400 RMB. Hotel looks dark and old from the outside but inside is clean. They are renovating some rooms and elevator is still not working yet. Handra, the front desk person, was so nice and helpful. She also gave us list of restaurants to try around the area. There are tons to restaurants in this neighborhood.

Very friendly check in, clean and updated room. Not the best street appeal but pleasantly surprised inside. They are working on updating the inside.

I really enjoyed my stay here at the Cassandra hotel. I had some issues with my credit card, but the staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating. Although you can tell that the building is old everything and the room itself was very clean and comfortable. There are some renovations and repairs going on, but they weren't disturbing in any way.
It was also pretty easy to get to the skytrain or bus station for public transportation, only a few minutes walk.
Overall I'm very happy and would saty here again ☺️

Liked the flooring, not carpet. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.
Building is being renovated and elevator is being installed. So we had to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

I like how they accomodate visitors and handles situations pretty well. Restaurants are walking distance from the area. No need to book a cab in case u come looking for a dine unless its raining :).Id like to check in again to this hotel if i come back to Vancouver. The cleanliness is what i highly appreciated.
