Best Western Plus Vancouver Airport Hotel Reviews

Location is close to the airport but need to across the bridge. The bad thing is the area for car stop at front to drop off luggage and passengers are narrow, it there’s an airport shuttle van parking there, your car just can’t get in. Some staff is nice but some are not polite and did not explain clearly with thoughtfulness re parking instructions.

It’s good for hotel provide free shuttle to go airport. But I think the price was not worth for the whole enviroment.

Location need to be accessible by car. Too far to walk to metro

We booked a shuttle ride to the airport and the front desk took the wrong time, so we just booked an uber so we wont be late

I chose to stay here because of the airport shuttle and the accessibility to public transportation. Given the price I had to pay, I’d have given a better a rating IF: (1) airport shuttle is more punctual (2) the TV in the room works better (clearer, guests ‘can’ use it simply by following menu, has choices of movie/ netflix connection) (3) the sink in the toilet has more efficient water draining (4) the air conditioner has digital control and is quieter (5) The lift works smarter.. What I like: (1) The complimentary coffee machine in common area (2) The staff are nice

The hotel is close to the airport and the shuttle bus takes guests to and from the airport every half an hour. That is very convenient. The room is clean. The hotel does not do housekeeping every day and does not refill the supplies such as coffee, tea bags or towels, etc. it is said it only does the housekeeping on the third day of the stay.

The room is of average size, equipped with a microwave, which is very convenient. There is a minibus to the airport every half an hour, but it is not stated in the hotel information. I uploaded a picture. The front desk is not very polite, and the service level is average. One flaw is that the room does not have wifi coverage, and you have to go to the lobby if you need it. In addition, the air conditioner in the room is very loud, but there is no switch to turn it off.

I had acute gastroenteritis and checked out at 13:25 on January 9th. My deposit of 50 Canadian dollars was deducted. The reason was that I was not feeling well and was asked to check out at 13:10. However, I checked out 15 minutes late, so my deposit of 50 Canadian dollars was deducted. I think the hotel has no humanitarian care and has a big management problem.

The street next to the river is a bit noisy, and the windows are not very soundproof. The air conditioner is noisy. The coffee in the hotel lobby is good and the service staff is friendly
