The room is good for 1-2 nights. The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement. It's clear that the rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned; there were cobwebs in the bathroom and hair from previous guests. The bedding and towels were of good quality. From the top-floor room, there was a beautiful view of hot air balloons taking off nearby and the mountains. The buffet breakfast was sufficient and basic, without much variety. The staff were very nice. The location is good. It can get noisy at night due to a nearby pub. Free bicycles are available, but don't have high expectations for them. You can comfortably use them to get around the city and to Lagoon No. 1 with the cave. The outdoor pool and sun loungers are a nice touch. This isn't a hotel for demanding guests.

The room was fantastic, very clean and tidy. The hotel service was excellent, and the pool was spotless. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of options, and the price was very affordable. This hotel offers incredible value for money!

One of the best accommodations I’ve had in Laos, especially in Vang Vieng. It’s a bit far from the town center but the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful scenery more than make up for it. Perfect if you prefer a quiet stay away from pubs and nightlife. I work night shifts remotely, and the internet in the main hotel building was reliable. I tried the bungalow but the connection there wasn’t as strong so I’d recommend booking a room in the main building if you need stable Wi-Fi. The balcony views are amazing, you can watch hot air balloons during sunrise and sunset. They also have a nice swimming pool and garden area where you can relax. Breakfast is a standard Asian buffet simple but decent. The place is very affordable for the quality of service and experience. They also offer free bikes, which is really convenient if you don’t feel like walking to town. Highly recommended!

Excellent Hotel, Rooms are large and clean, 10 minute walk to the centre. Good selection for breakfast and staff are very helpful.
