Ban Laos Guesthouse

The location was fantastic, and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was basic, but that actually gave it a nice, outdoorsy feel.

I'd give it a 5 because the location is very convenient. The view is beautiful. The staff are pleasant to talk to and try to be attentive to guests. I'm satisfied!

The hotel view is truly beautiful, the mountains are superb! However, when I arrived, they tried to put me in the wrong room twice, not the one I had booked. After a long discussion, I finally got the correct room. Inside the room, there were many mosquitoes, gnats, and ants.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city's most popular area, facing beautiful scenery. Turn right when you leave, and there are plenty of dining options and tour services everywhere. The room amenities are clean, and the building itself is a bit old, but facilities like hot water, a fan, and air conditioning are all available. The terrace offers great views. Aside from the owner couple, the other staff members basically don't speak English, which is something that needs improvement. I checked in around 8 PM, and since the owner couple wasn't there, I couldn't check in immediately. I waited for over half an hour until they arrived. There should at least be someone at the hotel who can communicate in English; otherwise, it's impossible to resolve any issues.

Parking is limited. The rooms might feel a bit retro, and soundproofing isn't great. However, the staff provides excellent service. There's an in-house cafe where you can relax and chill. The view from the accommodation is beautiful, perfect for morning photos.

Guesthouse with an incredibly beautiful view! The location is excellent. I bought a hot air balloon flight and a bus ticket at the reception. Thank you for everything. I recommend it.
