Sansan Resort

The rooms don't match the photos shown when booking! It almost feels like a scam. Instead of the beautiful furniture and details shown in the photos, everything in the room is cheap and outdated. The hotel grounds more or less match the description and photos, and the breakfast is decent. But the appearance and furnishings of the room were very disappointing! There are also a lot of mosquitoes on the hotel grounds, constantly flying into the rooms and reception/dining area.

We booked this knowing some of the reviews were not good and fully aware of what we were paying, so always take reviews with a pinch of salt. On arrival we were given our room, the bed was rock hard (never had anything like it), the room was in the top corner next to the road and we could hear chickens, people walking into the hotel and bikes/cars. Dreadful night sleep. In the morning we realized we had booked a Bungalow and so asked to be moved to what we had booked. We were allowed to select between 34 an 35. 35 was the better of the two. Bed was still rock hard but we were further from the noise. However the sink water did not drain it just poured onto the floor (worst thing I’ve ever experienced). By day 3 we had to ask for the room to be cleaned as wasn’t done every day. We had to ask for towels each day too. The breakfast was similar to other places in this price bracket.. eggs, toast and coffee from a packet. The pool was lovely and very clean and grounds were nice. We also rented bicycles which were great to explore some of the further away places. I think with some much needed TLC, a lick of paint here and there and more effort into cleaning this could be a great place to stay.

The hotel doesn't give the promises as the itinerary is written. They have TV but not working. Safe box not have not even at the reception. Stuff are very kind and welcoming always smiling .the mattress was hard as a rock . Garden is beautiful and swimming pool is great

Good hotel, nice mountain view

A truly peaceful gem! I’m so glad I picked this resort over the more crowded areas. It was so quiet and serene at night, which was exactly what we needed. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast—everything was so tasty. The whole resort felt very calm and relaxing. Would love to come back for another peaceful stay!

Was first shown to the wrong room. And was told to wait almost 2 hours to get the correct one. Hot water in the shower didn't work. Asked to come fox the issue, but they said they would fix it the next day... after I checked out. Very run down hotel. Not like the photos at all. Breakfast was decent.
