"Facilities: The facilities are basically perfect! The scenery outside the window is very good!
Service: Breakfast is egg bread ➕ instant coffee
Hygienic: not very clean! It feels like no one has stayed for a long time! A layer of dust! There are spider webs! There is a gap with the picture"
"Very good location but not noisy from outside activities. Minimally equipped and poorly insulated indoor, as can be expected in this class of accommodation."

"I stayed for one night.
Check-in time was early, but please welcome me very much.
I stayed without meals, but there are many rice shops and bars on the street of the hotel, so I enjoyed breakfast and night while braving the city."
"The best thing is that the boss is Singapore Chinese, the hotel has a swimming pool, the room is small, it feels a bit black, everything else is good, Wan Rong is very small, so the location is not important, he is in the middle of the place, the room can not smoke, but Smoking chairs and tables on each floor"
"The hotel is quite remote in a small village. The room facilities are quite simple, but the service is good. We were given a free room upgrade. We also ordered our own breakfast. It is also close to the tourist attraction, Tampukan. If you don't rent a car, you can find a tuk-tuk to negotiate the price. The round trip is only 150,000 kip. When I stayed there, there was a flood and the boss delayed our check-out to 3 o'clock. I still have to give it a thumbs up."
"Very good, love it. The location is convenient, the boss is Vietnamese, he is very nice, and there is breakfast. The price is a good deal and the price/performance ratio is very high. Reservations recommended."
"The geographical environment is great, next to the Nansong River. At sunrise and sunset, you can see paragliders and hot air balloons. The breakfast powder is delicious. There is a swimming pool. It is quite cost-effective during the peak tourist season."
"New modern hotel, located in the center of the town. Rooms a bit small but essential, with a nice design and beds are comfortable. Serious issue with water pump, interrupting water or working at very low pressure throughout the day. Swimming pool is great. Breakfast is ok, a bit basic. Great potential, but big room for improvement. Nice view from the room"
"Nice, clean, functionally furnished rooms on the outskirts of Vang Vieng. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good and water, tea and coffee are available all day. You can rent scooters and book excursions on site. We recommend the accommodation and would stay there again."

Outstanding
GGuest UserI was lucky to choose their hotel. Not only the service is good, but the environment is also very clean. There is a big garden, which is very friendly to children. There is also a pool bar next to it. You must come to the pool to take a look. The scenery is very nice.
TTravel Loves CindyI had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lisha Riverside Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The location is stunning—nestled peacefully along the river, with breathtaking views that added a special charm to each morning.
Whether you’re looking for relaxation or a base to explore the area, Lisha Riverside Hotel delivers exceptional value and genuine hospitality. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be returning!
GGuest UserThe hotel is great value for money! The breakfast has flavors from all over the world and is very satisfying. The room facilities are trendy, the hygiene details are in place, and even the toiletries are high-end brands. The security measures are perfect, and even the surveillance is fully covered. It is worth recommending!
JJingqiVangrong is really worthy of its reputation in the rainy season. There were continuous thunderstorms all night and showers during the day. But thanks to the weather, I saw different landscapes. The hotel is adjacent to the Nansong River and backed by the mountain. The air is very fresh, the garden environment is beautiful, the vegetation is rich, and there are many fruit trees. It is really the best choice for Vangrong hotels in terms of cost performance. Except that it is a little far from the downtown area of Vangrong, there are basically no other disadvantages. The owner is a large travel company in Suzhou, China. It is safe to stay and there is no barrier to communication in Chinese. I would like to praise the waiter Pan Juan. She provided us with meticulous service during the two stays this year. She is fluent in Chinese and warm and friendly!
Ssince2789The first three days of my stay passed without incident. Everything was decent. Then on my last couple of nights, I had some negative experiences. First of all, they ran out of hot water on both of the final nights I stayed there. I had been told during check in to call 0 if I had any issues, so I did, but the line did not connect. Since I was halfway through my shower, I came downstairs in a bathrobe and asked about the water situation. I was told everyone was using the hot water at the same time, which is why I didn't get any to my room, and that I could wait 15 minutes for hot water. When I asked about the extension for reception, I was told to try 120 instead of 0 because some rooms were set up differently. I went back up and waited almost an hour. Still no hot water, and water pressure was super low. I tried to phone down, but once again, the number didn't work. So I went downstairs again to ask, but the issue still hadn't been solved. I was offered use of the pool shower, which I declined because by this time I was tired and ready for bed. The next day, I once again tried to shower past 9pm and again, there was very little hot water. The water was lukewarm. Because nights in Vang Vieng get cold, I couldn't bring myself to have a lukewarm shower. Secondly, besides the hot water issues, I also had a bath towel that had an orangey stain on it. Not sure what it was, but this is the reason the cleanliness score is only 3. Everything else was fine and clean enough. Breakfast was OK, I suggest you eat earlier around 7-8 otherwise the rice and other food gets cold and unpleasant. I was offered a free ride to the train station as compensation for the hot water issue, which was nice. Still, though, as someone who showers before bed, I wouldn't stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the night market and restaurants. The bedding was clean, and the room was spacious. The staff were notably helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the pool was shaded by the hotel building. Breakfast was tasty, though the selection was limited, and items often ran out quickly. While eggs could be ordered, the sign was small and easily missed. The bed, unfortunately, was quite firm and uncomfortable for a four-night stay. This hotel might be suitable for a one- or two-night stay. Noise from the nearby main road and bar, along with gaps around the patio doors, was noticeable. There were also some minor issues with insects in the room. The hotel had a significant number of Chinese guests, which resulted in noise in the hallways during the night and early morning.

CCyrilReally nice place to stay a view days. The fact that it's not in the centre helps if you don't like it noisy. There's enough space to relax and also the swimming pool is great. Some rooms have a balcony the others enogh space right downstairs. The staff is nice and friendly and very helpful with all you need. They can also book you tours, transport and rent Scooters. Would be my hotel of choice in case of return.
SStephen.Lim1992The stay is fine but it was very disappointing for the laundry service that the hostel offered. All the clothes came back with wet, bad and weird smell, i have to forced to hang my clothes outside the room but turned out it does not remove the bad smell left on my clothes. I had gained the lesson from you guys and avoid to pay for laundry service in the hostel from now on!

GGuest UserBeautiful views 100%.
Breakfast same every morning but not very bad.
Room not 100% clean.
Toilet door can not lock and the room door very annoying complicated to open.
My bad on the pillow and on bed/sheets I find a lot of hair also on the floor. The bed not well made.
The lift very slow. But the guy in reception very friendly and helpful.
The building too old,the picture in trip.com and reality very different.

GGuest UserThe hotel was ok. Staff friendly. Cleaning team did a good job. Don't get deceived by the name sisombat ”plaza hotel”. It is bearly a 3 * to international standarts. No balconies, a rather small (in january cold) pool without a single sunchair while I was there, located next to the huge parking space in front of the hotel (neither any sunchairs on the rooftop space neither). Breakfast is a limited buffet (nothing fancy), no gym, lobby old woodden chairs nothing appealing or inviting with cosy style there neither hence empty. Rooms are spacy with suuuper hard beds (the record so far in all of my years of ravelling in Asia) and nice big shower. 2 of my windows had mosquito nets which is a big plus. Zero isolation hence you hear every single word from the room next door and the noisy corridor (slaming doors, laughing, talking) and also from people outside of the hotel gathering for smoking or waiting there. Some minor music from outside during the night but not too bad. They provide some free bikes for hotel guests which was great. Apart from breakfast no restaurant nor room service available but plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance. Overall: I was ok for 3 nights but it is not a must do. The entire hotel lacks a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. It is more an acceptable place to just sleep especially for chinese groups.
