Maison de la Garenne & Spa ★★★★

📍 2 Rue Sébastien de Rosmadec, Vannes

"Maison de la Garenne is top to bottom the best B&B in Vannes. The location is ideal, a short walk to the old walled city. Accommodations and breakfasts are excellent. And, perhaps most important, the hosts are especially knowledgeable, gracious, and helpful in selecting restaurants and sites to visit. Weather did not permit us to take advantage of the pool and beautiful grounds. Highly recommended."

Appart Hôtel le Liberté Vannes Centre-Ville

"Aparthotel correct.

ibis Styles Vannes Gare Centre

"The room was terrible. It smelled so bad I couldn't sleep. A very persistent smell of mold and chemical products. I must say that the staff was very kind and friendly and tried to help by proposing another room. Same smell, although more on the chemical side compared to the first room where I ended up spending the night (not sleeping). it looks like the windows are never open and the aeration system is insufficient. Stains on the carpet and blue dots on the ham at breakfast. Oh, and the door of the room kept opening: I had to lock it with the key from inside in order to close it. Not worth the price (of an Ibis "style") at all. It was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, never again will I go to an Ibis hotel, no matter the category."

Kyriad Vannes Centre Ville ★★★

"Very warm welcome, room admittedly small (solo only) but comfortable, impeccably clean, very nice bathroom, the really nice little extra: the kettle with some sachets to freshen up on your way home."

Maison de la Garenne & Spa ★★★★

"Fantastic hotel/guest house personally operated by the hospitable owners. Maison de la Garenne is centrally located, offers wholesome breakfast, and my lovely room was clean and bright on the 2nd floor. I walked 20 minutes directly from the train station to the hotel and a 5 minute walk into the center of the village. I would be delighted to come back."

Hôtel & Spa le Maury, Vannes, the Originals Boutique ★★★★

"Hôtel Lovely and clean but ridiculous prices to use facilities or eat within hotel. Location convenient. Parking was not available to us though was on offer through hotel (but inconveniently fully booked)- hotel could have offered reimbursement. Coffee pot in an inconvenient location of room and not cleaned. Temperature not adjustable from 18 downwards- only warmer. Disappointed spa and pool were not included in very high price of room."

Padja Hôtel & Spa Vannes ★★★★

"The location for a 4-star is special because in a commercial area but at the end it is rather practical because there are several restaurants, a supermarket and a cinema and you are just a few minutes from the city centre by car. The room was very well equipped and clean, but it feels that it starts to aging a little bit. The beds were comfortable. The spa was very good but it missed the odour of essential oils in the hammam. The breakfast is very diversified and you can also eat sugar or salt. We had a good stay in all cases and the staff was very pleasant."
