Overall, our stay at the hotel was great—comfortable rooms, excellent location, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, we did have a negative experience with one of the staff members. A receptionist with dark skin and curly hair often appeared dissatisfied, frequently rolling her eyes and sometimes mispronouncing words. When we couldn’t understand her, she would react with more eye-rolling, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I hope management addresses this issue, as such behavior detracts from an otherwise positive experience at the hotel.

Although the reception does not speak English fluently, all receptions speak English. The daily cleaning service is also excellent. Three adult men stayed in the room, and although it was narrow, it was not terribly uncomfortable as it had a bunker-type bed. Since it was my first time in France, I was worried about what to do if the city center is far away, but it only takes about 4 to 5 minutes to get to the metro.
