The hotel is far from tourist attractions. The security system is only at the hotel entrance; the elevator does not allow access to other floors. There are frequent power outages. The restaurant staff provide poor service, rushing to clear plates even while guests are still eating. The food selection is limited. The bathroom curtain is old and becoming transparent.

It was a lovely stay. The service was great and the food at the hotel restaurant was also fantastic. The location is a bit far from the central area but is easy to get to by auto. Would definitely recommend.

While the location is pretty far from central Varanasi, that can also be a plus. Varanasi can be overwhelming and retreating to the garden settings of this hotel is refreshing. The breakfast and dinners were wonderful.  The staff were very helpful.  Special thanks to Sumana for Ashutosh for helping with our train tickets. The pool and fitness center are also great.

The hotel is stylish but it is very far from everything. The hotel has a taxi but the prices are more than double. If not for the hotel, taxi drivers will try and extract the maximum from you. Based on location I would not recommend unless you have a car of your own.

I booked for the garden view but was city view It was o k but faraway from city center and the restaurant food was not so delicious So I would not recommend unless you want to stay quiet in the room and enjoy the nice swimming pool

Overall stay here in Ramada Katesar was super exciting and comfortable. Would love to come back again … Christina and Pija at the reception were very helpful and polite.. bet wishes to both of them..

We had lunch at Arzoo after Sarnath before heading to Ramnagar fort… the food is very tasty and the staff is phenomenally helpful and sweet. We were attended by Rachna and Kriti and both were courteous and friendly. Great ambience and good bathrooms
