"Facility is dated and needs serious refresh. Windows have mold and furniture needs cleaned.  Staff are mostly pleasant.  Restaurant is good. Especially breakfast.  Spa is very good (only got foot massage but impressed) In total I could not recommend."

"The infra from room perspective needs an upgrade, the bed is situated in a way that both side has walls the tv is placed in a awkward manner, very uncomfortable and annoying. The study table in our room was shaky the glass cover was not in lined. The “clean my room button” doesn’t work we realised after putting that on and seeing our room not cleaned till 3pm. The house keeping staff was good they immediately came and cleaned our room. The staff at breakfast were efficient too. Food was above average."

"Good value for money. The grounds are cozy, within walking distance to the beach. The beach has white sand that crunches like snow when you walk on it. The hotel has a large shake with good sun loungers and delicious food. The room is large and spacious. Our mattress was soft. The sheets and towels are white, but a bit tired. Large beach towels are provided. We were satisfied with everything; if we ever return to Varca, we'll stay at this hotel."

"The hotel is amazing, the houses are great, the pool and beach are clean, the beach is private, the passage along the territory is under tall palm trees, so partly in the shade. Towels are given out on the beach and in the pool, a shop with souvenirs and snacks is 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. The prices in the shop are standard, according to the minimum wage. They give a lot of water, even if you don’t ask to clean the room. There was one minus - the restaurant. If everything is fine with breakfasts (there is both Indian and European cuisine), then almost all the dishes at dinner (from the menu) had garlic and hot spices, even in rice, there was no garlic in dessert and in the salad. Everything else only with it! The dishes are very large."

"Hotel rooms were neat and clean with ample of space to move around. They have a concept of homestay which makes it spacious. Complete roi package! the staff there was really nice. 10 mins from varca beach."

"The grounds are spacious and excellent. At dawn, you can see lots of birds wandering across the lawn. The beach is fantastic, one of the best we've seen in Goa. The rooms are a bit tired, but everything is clean and the service is excellent."
