"Disappointing. Nonsmoking room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke - I assume from out of doors seeping in. Bedding quality was poor, pillows were small and lumpy, walls/doors are thin (we could hear neighbors conversations clearly all through the night, ALL night). We waited 15 minutes in an empty office area for a front desk clerk to return to the hotel when we arrived for check in, but that went smoothly once he arrived. Locating & accessing our room was easy, and we could easily park nearby. Safety is questionable. Lots of warnings about securing belongings and looking doors, and heavy front floodlighting across whole building presumably for safety, but hampered darkness in room for sleep. Obviously somewhat recently “refurbished” (room was like picture), but the surface level treatment still felt a bit grimy. Cleaning was incomplete, but I suppose that’s what you get at this price point. Also, there were bugs. Would never consider staying at another Red Roof Inn and may avoid booking again with Trip.com because reviews felt misleading. We just needed 1 night before our early morning flight, but none of us (family of 4) rested well. Might have been better to sleep in the car or just hangout at the airport?"

"The hotel is very close to the airport and located in the airport's commercial area. The facilities are quite normal. When I arrived, the smoke alarm in my room was out of power and it took a while to be repaired. Overall, it's good value for money. The breakfast is also good. Thumbs up!"

"I arrived at approximately 3:30 a.m. after a delayed flight with a confirmed reservation and a late-arrival notation. For an airport hotel, this should have been a foreseeable and routine situation. No employee was visible at the front desk. Repeated use of the entrance buzzer produced no response. When an employee eventually appeared, she told me that I should call or use my room key, even though I had not yet been checked in and therefore had no key. I was visibly frustrated and initially spoke loudly. When the employee mentioned my volume, I lowered my voice. I explained that my late arrival was caused by a delayed flight. She responded that it was “my fault” and rhetorically asked whether it was her problem. I told her that she was treating me poorly. She replied, “No, you’re treating me poorly. Leave. I’m not serving you.” She returned to the employee area and later said, “Go away. I’m not serving you,” when I continued requesting assistance. The employee then called police and reported me as a trespasser while I was in the lobby contacting Marriott Customer Care and reporting the incident in real time. I made no threats, caused no damage, touched no one, and did not enter any restricted area. I complied with the officer’s direction to leave and secured alternate lodging with Marriott’s assistance. Property management later supported the employee’s decision based on "safety concerns." Marriott corporate merely relied property’s determination and did not identify any independent review of its own. This was the worst hotel experience I ever had in decades of travel and hundreds of hotels stayed at. A delayed traveler arriving with a confirmed reservation should not be mocked, denied accommodation, and reported as a trespasser after objecting to poor treatment."

"This place is a little gem, right next to the airport. I think my room was under $80 bucks after taxes and it’s a beautiful space—really clean (very modern) wonderful staff.  Mrs. Patel even arranged a $10 ride to the airport when I couldn’t book an Uber.   Best spot ever, I will be back!  Wonderful stay!"
