Apart from the unfriendly reception we were very satisfied with the hotel. Food, beach, pool, room, everything was great. Equally friendly bartenders, whether in the morning (Marina, Stavros) or in the evening, as well as the whole animation team (Paula, Sebastian...). You were great, thank you.

All staff at resort are extremely professional and friendly. Very family friendly. The food and restaurants are excellent, great variety of Greek and international cuisine and enjoying meals always something to look forward to. We felt really very spoiled by personal service. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Recommend hotel to anyone.

This was our second visit to Arina hotel. After visiting last year, we absolutely had to return. It is incredibly peaceful and ideal for a relaxing break. The rooms are gorgeous. The food at the buffet is lovely and the cocktails are fantastic. Special thanks to spa team. Costas was the best therapist. I had a scrub with Cretan herbs and the Cretan massage. Always service with a smile. I will definitely be returning for a third visit in the near future.

I had an amazing holiday at the hotel. I can't say anything bad about it. Big hotel with a lot of activities for everybody. Let's start from the rooms. The room big , clean l, towels are changing everyday, and the hotel also provides pool towels. The buffet was amazing! So many choices for everybody. Fresh fruit and vegetables. Different kinds of meat everyday. Greek food too. Every Night entertainment for kids and adults. In the bar lots of choices od cocktails. Barman's very kind and friendly, especially Doctor Albi (Dr of drinks) All staff make a very nice atmosphere. I really recommend the hotel for couples and families. I will definitely come back !

Hotel is very clean, there is plenty of space in the rooms. Good variety of food available around the complex. Different entertainment on at night. Friendly staff. Bus stop straight outside the hotel if you want to visit the town of Heraklion.

This hotel is excellent. Everything in this hotel is more than excellent. The facilities are wide and welcoming and the food was very tasty . The main thing is the staff. In all our vacations there wasn't friendly staff more than this hotel. All of the the staff wants only to serve you and make you satisfied. Made more excellent by the staff they employ. A big massive thank you to the best cocktail maker in the entire world Albi in the lobby bar. He really made our holiday special with his excellent skills. Special thanks to the singer Stella, who gave us emotions and made us dance. The animators know their job and our children were not bored with them. We surely will be back again!!!

I spent a week in this hotel, and the experience was second to none. Free airport transfer, welcoming reception staff, infact all the staff were lovely. Food and drinks were plenty , tasteful and free for all inclusive. Three different restaurants. Indoor swimming pool is heated, steam room and sauna space decent. The only thing I will like differently is the outdoor pool to be made a little warmer. Too cold for usage for me. My room is cleaned daily, and bed made daily. Regular daily supplies from courteous staff. Shower very good pressure. The location by the beach is so good, the beach is clean. Daily evening activities from 8-11pm with varieties that are very entertaining. For little children, they will have a lively evening time. I am certainly coming back and two of my friends are planning their holiday for this October in Arina Beach resort based on my recommendations.

Originally I thought - April would be too cold for swimming and sunbathing and we would spend more time exploring Crete. But the weather was kind to us, we spent the whole week sunbathing and swimming, on the water slides and in the big pool, we also tried the sea. As parents of three very active children, we mainly came to rest, so even the obvious little things like the maids cleaning for us every day and dry towels being available almost all day were nice to me :-) And of course the food! We like to eat a lot, so we really appreciated the opportunity to choose every day from a wide range of dishes and cuisines, very tasty prepared. In addition, very pleasant and helpful staff and clear information about the hotel services. These are probably all the things you expect from a 4 star hotel, but I'm still glad that everything really worked as it should. Unfortunately, two of us came down with the flu, so we couldn't stay for the evening accompanying programs and unfortunately we didn't even get to know the surroundings. Maybe next time!
