Arina Beach Resort

Hotel and rooms were excellent. Meal in the restaurant and drinks in bar were great and delicious. Personal was attentive and friendly. Everything was excellent!

Good price versus quality

We loved this resort! The food was genuinely amazing. Breakfast, dinner and tea catered for everyone. Each day had a different theme, and we couldn’t pick our favourite. We have done all inclusive for about 8 years now, and every time we’ve had to have at least a couple of meals away from the hotel to break up the food, but we did not need to here- it was so fresh and full of flavour. The pools were all very clean, warm and there was plenty to choose from- we tended to start the day at one pool and just go round them all as the day went on. The splash area was perfect for our 7 year old to wander around and amuse her self as we over looked her with a drink- but also nice to join her. The bigger slides were lots of fun for us adults and our 7 year old once she picked up the courage! The beach was on the door step with sun beds dotted all the way along, and the sea was lovely and warm- very choppy and big waves at times, but we saw lots of families with body boards making the most of it! The entertainment was good on an evening, and all the bar staff were very friendly and happy. We also got a bus just outside the hotel to the main market and had such a lovely time- it was only 15-20mins on the bus and not expensive at all. All in all, we will be returning! We loved how clean it was, how great the rooms were, how wonderful all of the staff were and just loved the over all feel of the hotel ❤️ We definitely recommend as a family break…

We´ve had an enjoyable stay. The management of the hotel is great and should be proud of the whole staff which was helpful and kind. The hotel is very clean with modern and beautiful amenities including the well equipped fitness area and spa. The food is excellent so the only one complaint is our weight increase :-) The sea and beach are clean with smooth sand, a little bit windy but we´ve had so much fun in the waves. There is variety of pools including adults only and even adults will enjoy the pool with tobogans. Our stay was great and we could only recommend Arina beach resort.

Hello. This resort was really great at price-quality ratio. Close to the airport, clean rooms, free sun beds on the beach, very good and delicious food, drinks so and so. There was also an area for children with a lot of slides and mini pools. Also they had the mini disco each night for the children. Enjoy

Very pleasant hotel near to the airport. We had room with private pool, and that was amazing. Cleaning every day if you want. Personel was kind and willing to help if needed. Food was ok. The mqin pool big enough and beach bar employee was on duty with smile on the face. Towels on the beach, sunbeds was included, entry in the sea easy suitable for kids.

100 from 10, that's how we rate our experience at Arina. Very nice room, cosy, comfortable, I could say luxury. The hospitality team are the heroes of this resort ,all my appreciation goes to them. Excellent variety of food,drinks. Worth any penny spent on. Well done

The hotel is situated 10 mins from the airport and 20 mins from the city centre Heraklion. Great location! The bus stop is right outside the hotel and the bus costs €2.10 to the bus station - great for exploring. The hotel is also right on the beach - the closest you can get and with sun beds and parasols available. You can hear the water and waves from your room and it’s so pleasant sitting at many of the snack bars, bars or restaurants over looking the sea…so unique. Although the hotel is on the flight path, you do enjoy spotting the planes. The hotel is quite big but feels very spacious. There are a number of pools and the best for families is the splash park (lots of little slides and a few flumes) as well as the aqua park (large flumes). It’s absolutely great fun for children and adults - both pools are fab and makes this hotel the best. Sun beds…there is no rush at 6/7am - there are enough sun beds at 9am to 6pm. The food in the hotel is great - the main restaurant is so varied and you’ll always find something to eat. The Asian restaurant is good and the a la carte is worth a visit. Entertainment - this is really good and the team do a fab job from 10.30am to 9.30pm. The kids club is great for keeping little ones entertained and Michel is friendly and good at making little ones feel welcome and engaged - plus she and Lara come up with some fun and amazing games! There is also great adults entertainment round the main family pool - shout out to Ainoha. Our little one loved the team and mini disco was a big highlight of the holiday! Really interactive and enjoyable - 8.30pm each night! Would recommend and have recommended this hotel to others.
