Courtyard Hotels in Vaughan

Everything was excellent! The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a lovely continental breakfast too. We are looking to go buy a new mattress as we are due for one and had such a good sleep at this hotel, we’d like to know what mattress we slept on so we can buy the very same! Just don’t know how to figure that out. It was a great stay and we’d highly recommend it.

We needed a room for the night before an early morning flight and chose the Novotel in Vaughan because we wanted to do some shopping at Vaughan Mills, and our on-site go-to choices were priced exorbitantly high this time. We were pleasantly surprised to find a hotel that is a cut above any YYZ hotel at which we've stayed. The room was modern and well appointed, and since we chose the Executive Room, it even came with bathrobes and slippers. After shopping at Vaughan Mills until closing, we returned to the hotel and ordered a delicious takeout room service dinner from the hotel's restaurant. We slept well, checked out early, and made the 15 minute drive to the airport. While it may seem farther out than the other airport hotel options, we would definitely consider staying here again due to the comfortable room, unexpected amenities, proximity to Vaughan Mills, and free overnight parking.

I want to say my stay at the Hilton garden inn in Vaunghan in Toronto was excellent the clerk at the front desk Mr Mohammed Wahab was extremely kind and helpful in every circumstance I want to commend the Hilton Garden inn for there excellent staffs especially Mr Mohammed Wahab for his kindness and making my stay like home.

This is a perfect affordable comfortable hotel. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice. We travelled with two adult children and their families. We checked in first and mentioned that family members would be joining us. The service rep took the time to put all of us on the same floor. I had signed up for text notification of when our room would be ready for check in and at 3:01 pm I got a text. One minute after check in starts! The staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. Check in was quick. The common areas are comfortable without feeling stuffy. Yet they still feel cool! Our second night the family hung out and ordered pizza brought into the common lounge area and we had drinks from the bar and played pool. From grandkids to grandparents, everyone seemed comfortable in the space. The lobby coffee was great, as was the coffee in the room. We didn’t have breakfast but it’s available. The store/breakfast bar is convenient and feels like a marketplace vs a corner store. We didn’t use the gym but the grandkids did go swimming. The pool chairs were comfortable to watch them. The pool was really warm and they could have played forever The rooms were clean and the bed and bedding were nice and cool crisp and comfy. The bathroom had lots of storage and enough counter space. There was a mini fridge too and ironing board. I can’t think of anything else we could have needed. The hotel is conveniently located…. Walk across the parking lot to the huge mall and food choices there. Or convenient quick drive to lots of restaurants. We went to Canadas Wonderland from here and it was just a couple of minutes drive. I couldn’t have been more pleased that we picked this hotel for our mini family vacation

Upon arrival was told our 2 bedroom suite was unavailable due to renovations but the front desk attendant was very accommodating and quickly got us into 2 separate rooms of equivalent bed space. Overall loved the cleanliness, and quiet of the building and halls itself. Next time we will look to stay definitely stay longer than 1 night- we will be back before summer is over! Thanks again to the wonderful staff here--you guys are all great.

I stayed one night at the Element Vaughan SW and was quite impressed: Checking In/Out: Checking in only took a couple of minutes at most and the story was the same for checking out too. Staff was very friendly as well. The Room: I booked an Executive Suite (Room 522) and it was quite spacious and very clean when I got in. This suite had many things that other rooms do not (decent sized kitchen, a toaster, full size fridge, a second TV, sofa bed to name a few). Surrounding Area: Lots of food options within walking distance so you dont need to pay all those delivery fees associated with food delivery apps. McDonalds, Subway, Quesada, The Keg, Swiss Chalet, etc, etc are all a stones throw away. As well, the LCBO and Walmart are a short 2-3 minute drive away. The surrounding area is very safe. Breakfast: The breakfast rules for most hotels have changed post COVID. At Element you pick what you want and the staff put it in a bag for you and you eat in your room. Breakfast had a diverse selection, which was good. Overall, this was a good place to stay and I wouldnt mind a return trip.

I have never experienced such an accommodating, professional, respectful services ever like I did here. I travel alot, I am very detail oriented, I can be picky too. We picked this location for all the guests traveling for our wedding (including us). We did not have a total of 10 rooms to book a block, but we did have a total of approximately 60 nights with all guests combined. Dave Warmington, the Director of Sales was my main contact as I made all the reservations. Honestly, if every Hilton had a patient, accommodating individual like Dave in all their location, they would be blessed. We had so many changes due to continuous travel restrictions, and Dave was accommodating to all. Us, the bride and groom, we originally only booked for one night as we were traveling abroad for our honeymoon, when that got canceled, the hotel, on daily basis renewed our booking with our original rate, every night, for 5 nights straight, until we were able to figure out what to do. Dave made sure all our guests were on the same floor. They had early access to rooms based on their arrival times, and their front desk customer service was exceptional. I can write an essay about how great the service and place was, but this short essay should do for now. The only reason I took a star out because it was hard to locate cleaning services on our floor -bride and groom only (7th floor) when we wanted to get clean garbage bags and such. Other than that everything was great, including laundry service and dry cleaning services. On a final note: hotel location is optimal if you are planning your wedding in Vaughan, and even if you cant get group rate, contact the hotel directly, speak to sales, and they will be able to work other things out for you and your guests. This was not my 1st time staying at this location, and it was my 1st time booking for a large group, and we were pleased, all 8 rooms.

We stayed here in September 2022 for a night while out in Vaughan and Toronto. Other than our room card not working the first time (and having to go back down to the reception to get it fixed), it was a good stay! Room (king bed) was huge, it included a separate whirlpool tub and sitting area with a sofa bed. You can easily fit 4 people with no issue. Room was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable, and we had no issues with any noise from the highway. No complaints!

Breakfast has always been the same, taste can be, mainly you can cook yourself, free parking, close to the subway station, Wal-Mart, IKEA, easy to go out and buy things.
