"At first glance, the hotel resembles a castle, but the facilities have been renovated and are very clean. The building itself is complex, requiring two elevator changes to get to the room, but once you get used to it, it wasn't a problem. The location was also great, as the elevator to the city of Toledo was also nearby."

You must stay at this hotel when you go to Toledo. Check in at 15:00. If you arrive early, you can only send your luggage and go to the old town. There are shuttle buses to the old town, or you can walk. It will take about an hour to walk."

We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion. 3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria. 4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping."

"The room was great with incredible views but at 9:30 in the morning on Sunday the cleaning service began its work making a noise that did not allow us to rest, vacuum cleaner, voices, movements of cars in the hallway... a disaster that kept us awake all the time. When we left, the receptionist didn't even say goodbye and when we wanted to go have a coffee, the cafeteria was closed."

"Due to the weather, we decided to temporarily change our route and stay in Tolando for two nights. We encountered a parade and didn't arrive at the hotel until 12 o'clock in the morning.
