Good and nice

Hello, I made a reservation (***********) on trip.com On 05/11/2024. I called the reception to tell them that I would arrive late, they gave me the code for one room but for the other room the person could not give me the information for the second room. He wanted me to give him my card details to pay a second time. I said that it is not possible and that if he cannot give me the information for the second room we will cancel everything. He told me okay it is canceled. However I see that the debit of € 127.18 has been made. I demand a refund for a service that was not honored by the hotel. In addition, the person at the reception seems to be of foreign origin, we do not understand his sentences very well when he speaks, it is not very good for a hotel receptionist. Please proceed with the refund, I will notify my bank soon because I paid for a service that was not honored. Thank you.

Depending on your expectations, this hotel was ideally located for us who had to stop on the road just to sleep. On the edge of a shopping center and 2 steps from a restaurant chain. This B&B has the minimum comfort to spend a night there.

Very good value for money hotel. The family room is functional with good optimization of space. The bedding remains very comfortable as in all of the brand's hotels. A small downside for the comfort of the pillows which do not have the usual volume of the chain's pillows and the cleanliness of the premises (presence of hairs in one of the beds, shower and taps poorly or not cleaned). But these details are offset by the host's sympathy.

Stayed en route to skiing in Switzerland. Check in took longer than we would’ve liked but the staff were pleasant and helpful and spoke adequate English- certainly better than my French! The hotel and rooms are very basic. The walk up to the rooms and corridors does not feel welcoming at all and the room has the minimum of furnishings. However, for a night stop it was absolutely fine. It was quiet and we all got a good nights sleep. Certainly the morning felt a lot cheerier than the night before: The shower was one of the best I’ve had in a long time - large shower head with great pressure and lovely and hot. The breakfast was lovely - beautiful croissants and great coffee. Could have happily lingered over that.

I just strongly recommend avoiding this place. They lost my booking because they couldn't charge my credit card through ***********. I received no notifications, my reservation status is still 'confirmed'. Unreliable and zero customer service.

Noel dönemi olduğu için bu otele bu parayı verdiğime inanamıyorum. Bu paraya Belek’de 5 yıldızlı otelde ultra herşey dahil konaklama yapıyorsunuz ama burada izbe bir odada, şehrin çok çok dışında kalıyorsunuz. Tek iyi yani kapınızın önüne ücretsiz park edebilmeniz. 9dan sonra resepsiyonda kimse yok. Kapının girişinde self check in ile giriş yapabiliyorsunuz. Çok yakınlarında güzel bir avm var.

Sinceramente mi aspettavo un soggiorno migliore considerando la catena e invece le nostre aspettative sono state decisamente deluse. Non abbiamo avuto particolari problemi per il check-in online, anzi è stato davvero molto comodo! All‘ingresso della stanza vieni accolto immediatamente una puzza nauseante non identificabile. Le nostra era una stanza per quattro persone ma non c’era nemmeno lo spazio per poter aprire una valigia. La porta di ingresso si apriva ad incastro con il letto matrimoniale. Oltre alla puzza bisogna purtroppo convivere con il caldo asfissiante del soppalco. È stata una notte da incubo nonostante l’aria condizionata accesa. Le lenzuola sono evidentemente sporche e i cuscini sono bassi e scomodi. Il bagno è davvero molto piccolo e se sei più alto di 1.75 metro avrai sicuramente difficoltà nel farti la doccia. La colazione dolce è sufficiente. Quella salata che prevede bacon, uova e salsicce è discutibile. Inoltre, sono certo di non rivedere mai più i soldi che ho utilizzato per acquistare una bottiglietta d’acqua al distributore della Reception. Ho pagato con carta ma non ho ricevuto il prodotto. La soluzione? Chiamare un numero francese a pagamento perché non è gestito dalla catena.

J’ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, je n’ai pas grand chose à dire, à part que j’ai été très bien reçu, l’hôtel était calme et propre. Le lendemain matin lors de mon petit déjeuner, j’ai pu apprécier une salle à manger très propre, le buffet était bien garni et la dame qui faisait le service était fort sympathique. J’y reviendrai sûrement si l’occasion se présente.

Un bon b&b situé au calme. Le parking est grand. Très bonne literie. La salle de petit-déjeuner est un peu petite et carrément trop exiguë quand un car entier de touristes descend manger à la même heure ! À noter la proximité d’un hypermarché Cora offrant les meilleurs prix pour se ravitailler en carburant.
