Clean and comfort room with best Location location location !

Excellent location and very large. Easy walk to boats and St Marks square. Large modern bathroom and everything I needed for my stay. Highly recommend.

Very easy to get to from the airport (50m walk from the ferry stop). Very clean. The wifi was a little slow, but I think it’s because we were in the back rooms. Very friendly staff!

The accommodation was just as good as the pictures and reviews suggest. We arrived in the evening and it was easy to get there by vaporetto. Although the last blue line already left at 20:20, so you had to hurry to get from the flight to the boat. The distance from the terminal to the piers is approx. 500m. In the Vaporetto, you should listen when the stations are called, we actually missed ****nal, but it wasn't a long walk from the next stop either. The accommodation is located a pleasant distance from the sights. We walked several times to Rivalton Bridge. Everything on the island was within walking distance, so the location was perfect. The room was clean, there were refreshments and snacks in the minibar. The contents of the minibar were included in the room price. This was a fantastic place to base for our 4 nights in Venice. It was not far from the vaporetto stops and also it was easy to walk to the nearby attractions and had many food choices just south of the accommodation. Not to mention the little cafe below the building and the gelato shop. The host, Giampaulo, was always very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. He would always listen to me rambling with a new Italian word on each occasion he was in the front office with a cheerful smile. The room had a view of the canal right in front and was breathtakingly beautiful. The room was very comfortable and on the first night Giampaulo supplied a bottle of wine and on departing some venetian biscuits were also given to us as a thankyou. I would not hesitate to stay again as it is quite peaceful and very comfortable within walking distance of main attractions.

We stayed 5 nigths at this place, and the room was spaceous, and comfortable with a nice view towards the seaside in Venice, and the stop for the waterbus "****nale". The room was cleaned nicely every day, and they even gave us new waterbotles every day with no extra charged. Friendly staff and a perfect location . The location is just a litle outside the most crowded place and close to a more local area in Venice, but stil close to the city centre. Breakfast is not included, but we had breakfast in local shops/restaurants close to the place. The room, and the staff was great and we recommend the place. Even the price was nice compared to other hotels.
