Old time quirky, loved it! Breakfast was excellent!

Terrible hotel in a great location. Zero room amenities. Old and small room. Non functional bedside lamp. Musty odour. Only saving grace is its great location. I would never recommend this hotel even to my enemies

İ made reservation on Royal San Marco hotel but they gave us a different room on a different building ( 150 meters to hotel) every morning we are walking to hotel for breakfast. İf i want to stay ona a residence i was make reservation to residence, i made reservation to 4* hotel it was really bad experience

Our room was on the fifth floor. No WiFi during our entire stay at the hotel. Staff said no one complained so the problem must be our devices and not theirs. Cleanliness and service are not so great. A little hard to find the room for breakfast. Food was average and not a lot of options to choose from. Venice is beautiful. Overall, would not recommend this hotel.

Small room. Especially the toilet. Not for family. Couple of single only

The hotel is very central and very nice, but the facilities are very old. The chairs, beds, bedding, bathroom, etc., but everything is clean.

I really enjoyed my experience there.

The room is well-equipped, clean, good environment, good location, good service
