Before my stay, I saw mixed reviews online, but after experiencing it myself, I found it to be pretty good. The front desk staff were very friendly and patient. **Transportation:** There's a bus stop very close to the right of the hotel entrance. Using Google Maps, it's quite convenient to get to the train station or Venice's main island. Just make sure you're heading in the right direction before boarding. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the main island, but you need to factor in waiting time for the bus. I bought several tickets at an automatic machine at the train station, each costing 1.5 Euros. Remember to validate your ticket when you get on the bus. **Surroundings:** If you walk ten minutes to the right of the hotel entrance, there's a huge shopping mall where you can find food, entertainment, clothes, and souvenirs. **Airport:** Taking the bus isn't very convenient; from the last stop, you'd have to walk nearly 2km. So, I decided to ask the hotel to call a taxi for me. It took 20 minutes to get to Marco Polo Airport and cost 40 Euros.

This is a traditional brand hotel, conveniently located near the train and bus stations.

Standard Four Points by Sheraton room. The hotel service was excellent. It's about a 5-minute walk to the train station, but it's a smaller station with direct trains to Venice's main island, which is very convenient, taking about 20 minutes. A taxi to Mestre Central Station takes 7 minutes.

Cleanliness: The room isn't huge but it's very clean and tidy. Service: Average. Environment: It's quite convenient, about a 10-minute bus ride from Mestre train station directly to the hotel entrance. There's also a large supermarket nearby.

Only 10minutes walk to Train station from there another 19 minutes ( 3 stops ) to Santa Lucia Train Station in Venice. You could already enjoy the grand canal and start sightseeing. Because the hotal is in the metropolitan areas , they waived the tourist tax. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good. The layout of the bathrooms is not user friendly. Not enough hooks for towels and small counter space.

The room was excellent, quite spacious for European standards. We booked a family room, which had a connecting door between the two rooms. The bathroom was large, and the towels were clean. Slippers, water, coffee, and tea were provided. We had breakfast alongside guests from China Eastern and Middle Eastern airlines, and the food was good. There's a bus stop right outside, and a tram station is just a 5-minute walk away. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

The hotel is very close to the station, making it convenient for travel. The soundproofing is terrible, and the hotel facilities are quite old. I requested a room change, and the front desk responded promptly. I didn't expect the new room to be even worse than the last one. I really suggest you look elsewhere.

The only downside is how far it is! Venice's public transport is really inconvenient.
