This hotel is in the historical town of Malmoco ca. 10 minutes per bus from the main boat station lido SME. Located on the church square this beautiful little hotel exudes old world Venetian charm with rooms exquisitely done in the fitting local style. This hotel goes on to provide exquisitely appointed bathrooms, well set up modern technology as well as a beautiful courtyard garden, covered breakfast area and quiet reading room. The staff is absolutely stupendous, going above and beyond offering suggestions and help in many matters and ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay. The hotel also offers the opportunity to do cooking classes with one of the owners and this is a true joy. During our course we were treated Tia visit to the lido market and a wonderful fish store. Then we cooked and chatted for 2 hours followed be an amazing 5 course lunch. In addition to all the aforementioned points the Airconditioning worked perfectly (essential at 30+ degree outside temps) Beautiful free beaches are a short 8 min bus ride away! If visiting Lido for the first time do not forget the bug spray!! All in all a great place to stay.

In the absence of the sixth star we are satisfied with the 5. The structure is a historic Venetian residence, it exudes history in every corner - starting from the dining room where you have breakfast followed by the eternal glances imprinted in the numerous canvases that dot the walls. The rooms have very comfortable beds (high and well-structured mattresses that guarantee a great quality of rest) and the staff is always welcoming and ready to solve any problem that may arise, even (in my case) going MUCH beyond what the role would require. I usually stay at the Lido, this year almost by chance I booked for a few days on New Year's Eve in Malamocco; very central choice. 2 steps and you are at the bus stop which in 5 minutes takes you to the Lido di Venezia S.M.E. vaporetto. Another handful of minutes and you are where you feel like going in the Serenissima but when you want a bit of tranquility, after you have anesthetized yourself with humanity in the midst of the noise of San Marco you can enjoy the Beauty and peace without giving up comfort. We had already been there in the spring and wanted to return with some friends. The helpfulness and hospitality of the owners and staff are wonderful: as there was a technical problem with the heating in our room, they immediately moved us to the suite. The environment is wonderful and evocative, the service is punctual and the breakfast is very rich, with an extremely honest quality/price ratio. We will definitely be back soon.

Typical Venetian location seems to take a dive into the past but with the comforts of today. Everything was very well looked after, the staff were very kind and very helpful. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for tranquility and excellent services.

We stayed in this hotel with the women's golf team of our club. We had a great time, the staff were welcoming and very kind. Chiara always present for every request. We asked to be able to have breakfast at 7.20am, no problem. Breakfast served on the porch with abundance and variety of sweet and savory foods. Thank you !

Beautiful and romantic relais located in the center of the residential district of Malamocco. Very kind staff ready to satisfy any request. The common areas are very beautiful and furnished with antique furniture, as are the rooms; the chandeliers are fantastic. Everywhere you can feel the Venetian atmosphere of other times. Really pleasant.

Beautiful palazzo, very stylish. We had a very large room on the first floor. Breakfast in the wonderfully decorated room was a delight. The New Year's Eve party was quite extraordinary - with the owners like a big family! A special experience. 100% recommendation
