The room was big for 2 people. Our room was kinda cold, maybe the heater didn’t work properly and the fan was also not working after awhile. Beside that the location is good and the staff were very nice.

Fantastic hotel in stunning Venice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is very easy to get to like most places in Venice. Would definitely stay again.

Our experience here was great! The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location is fantastic. It is literally right around the corner from the most amazing Cafe (we think it’s THE spot as all the gondola drivers were there each morning we went + locals)! Plus, it is a short walk to St Mark Square. Would highly recommend here!

I took the water bus to the hotel, but there were a lot of stairs along the way, which was a bit difficult with luggage. The hotel itself feels a bit old. The elevator only goes up to the third floor, so you have to take the stairs to the fourth floor. The room wasn't particularly nice, but it was standard and I had no problems staying there.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was a great memory. It was clean and the location was convenient for sightseeing. We were able to leave our luggage after checking out, which was helpful. There were no amenities such as toothbrushes or tissues, so it might be more convenient to have them.

The service was great, but the hotel itself looked a little old. It was nice and clean overall. I don't know because I didn't eat breakfast. The soundproofing is a bit poor.

Good location, very convenient to walk to Marco Square

It was a good choice considering its excellent access to the La Fenice Theatre and the fact that it felt natural to stay there, which is rare in Italy.

The shower did not come out well and the flow was poor. The location was close to tourist spots and it was easy to go anywhere.
