The hotel was very clean, staff is very nice and they speak English. The room was cleaned everyday. With the local buses is 15-20 min from the actual island. Overall great experience

The location is good, a taxi from the airport is 25 euros, and the hotel bus is 8 euros. Breakfast is OK, but the room is relatively small, as is the case in Europe. Generally speaking, 1,000 yuan a night in the tourist city of Venice is enough.

Staff was helpful and polite. I had a very early flight and the reason I stayed here was the location and shuttle service. Restaurant was very good. The bed was comfortable and neighborhood quiet.

Spent 4 nights in this hotel. The entire hotel was spotless. Our room was cleaned every day. I have been in hospitals that were not this clean.
We ate in the hotel restaurant every night for dinner and every morning for breakfast. The food was delicious. And the staff was friendly and responsive. We would not stay anywhere else in Venice.
I took away one star because after October 16 there is no air conditioning, but that is an environment thing and not the hotels fault.

The hotel is at a very good location. Close to airport and Venice itself. Bus stop is only 3-5 minutes walk. The only downside during fall is that, you have no control over AC or fan. You can open the window but your room will not cool down. Wish they had portable fans for each room at least.

This property is a pig with lipstick. The hotel *looks* nice and clean in the lobby but once you step into the elevator and get to your floor, the carpet is stained with years of grum and the walls are caked with scuff marks and stains.
Once in the room, the floor and walls are in the same condition as the hallway. The entire hotel is on a common air system and regulated from the lobby once the "warmer" temperatures are over - it was approximately 25 degrees Celsius when we were there. This means you cannot lower the temperature in your room and turn on the air conditioning, even though you're sitting in the midst of what feels like the Amazon jungle. There is no screen or netting on the windows so you can't open it without welcoming all the flies and mosquitoes of Venice with you for the night.
I do not recommend this hotel.
