Friendly hotel set on a quiet canal in cannaregio. Excellent staff here who really make your stay enjoyable. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast very good with lots of choice. Very easy to get to from airport using orange line boat from Marco Polo and then a 10 minute walk. Some Great restaurants and bars nearby

This charming hotel is very well-maintained and definitely worth a stay. Our suite offered a fantastic direct river view. I would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Venice.

The location is a bit far from public transportation, which can be quite inconvenient if you're carrying luggage. However, on the upside, it's very quiet. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the luggage storage service was also a thoughtful touch. They also arrange evening lake tours. Breakfast was decent, but the dining environment was very pleasant.

Strategic location and decent room with a huge bathroom which was the plus point of the room. Quite disappointed with two situations in particular 1. Instead of giving us a queen bed, they joined two single beds and made it into a double bed. We didn't realize until midnight where we constantly sank into the gap where two beds were combined. 2. For two mornings in a row, there was renovation or noise going on at 8-8.30am until 10am. When we feedback to the staff at the front desk. They said it could be from the building next to them but I re-empahsize is from the common area between the rooms then one of the staffs said we have to call them instantly to resolve the issues else they can't do anything. Honestly, we got awake by the noise and how are we supposed to call them? For the standard of this hotel, I would expect a more responsible reply from the staffs then pushing it back to guests.

The facilities, ambiance, indoor and outdoor views, and breakfast were all fantastic.

We had a nice stay, due to great service, amazing location with many bars and restaurant, and overall good price.

The people were very friendly, the accomodation was amazing, room service was also great! Our breakfast was delicious, all in all nice experience!!

Quiet. It's a 15-minute walk from the main entrance. You need to pick up the electric kettle from the front desk.

The room was very spacious, and it offered great value for money. The hotel breakfast was delicious.

I didn’t expect much from the hotel actually. Check in was pretty swift, receptionist tried their best to give you a guide if it’s your first time in Venezia. Rooms were small in size, probably expected it too. But everything else was pretty complete, you have bedroom slippers, soap and shampoo etc. No toothbrush toothpaste. No bathrobes or kettle. But most things best to prep bcs hotels in Europe usually dont provide. Cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Bathroom were huge, clean and looks luxurious. There’s an elevator too - suitable for elderly if you’re travelling with one. Location is superb - in Canneregio, there’s like restaurants and bar everywhere near the hotel, super chill too, a lot of people likely locals but not as annoying as in San Marco as it’s touristy packed.

Good location , quite n nice surrounding , we reveived quality service from concierge , front desk, restaurant n house keeping 🥰🥰 Nice property , accessable by water taxi , very convinient👍
