Perfect place to stay outside of Venice but yet so convenient to get into Venice with the local tram. Service by the staff is amazing, and the hotel is clean and nice.

There were three of us and the 1st day we arrived Phillipo was excellent! He provided us with alot of information about what the hotel and area had to over and about us being able to get Transportation passes For all transportation amazing! We arrived quite late at night about one a.M.The next morning, we went into the breakfast room, Where we Were greeted by three women, one of which called us fat in italian. That is not how you greet your guest.And they were talking very loud in the kitchen, loud enough for us to hear them. Then we went to the front desk to talk to the staff about getting the transportation passes, and he was also very rude and very unapproachable.As if he did not want to speak to us. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone else. Although the cleaning lady who cleaned our room and filippo, we're very, very good.

Location by main road, easy to access by car, parking free so you don't pay! which is very good!  Careful with the ATM inside! IT CHARGED ME 3.95EUROS for 20 EUROS cash withdraw with Revolut... I was never charged in Europe or Asia wherever i withdrew by Revolut card only here...  For Bus, you can buy tickets from receoption!! nice.. but then you have to walk 15 minutes to number 24/24H bus to go to Venice, or  you can go from hotel 10 mins to T1 tramway but ride is longer .. but for 1.5E per bus/tram ticket better walk instead of parking your car in Venice for approx. 25E, or cheaper but scammy car parks, unsafe..  Staff from reception and kitchen generous.. very very spacious rooms, safe and medium fridge in the room without freezer. Bathroom is equipped also, lights on the bed in heart shape is a nice idea for honeymooners.. AC is working good, breakfast was cheap and not bad. Overall I liked it here and I'd come again. Minus one star for atm surcharge

We had a wonderful stay,the room was clean and the workers very welcoming. However the breakfast was monotonous on another we had easy access to all transport facilities.

Location in near to Airport, Hotel is clean and the service is good. The breakfast provided was nice and good.

The place very beautiful and nice view. We stay here like on the pass long times ago . It’s amazing 😻. .we love there and will come again next time .

The service was 1st Class all staff I encountered was brilliant 10mins away from Venice Airport would recommend this hotel rather than one in actual Venice san marco as you can catch a tram for €1.50 with return

Thé hôtel has a weird design but it’s not too bad. They provide everything needed including slippers.

Few minutes walk to the tram stop and direct line to Venice approx 30 mins. Ask the locals about how to get a tram ticket online super easy. Friendly staff. Missed out on the breakfast as we got there so late but overall great place and good value.

Everything was fine. They changed our room, because we had 3 bads in it but we wanted one big bed. Breakfast it ok, it’s not so much options.

Hotel with very nice renovated rooms, common areas a bit old, standard breakfast

The handsome guy at the front desk was very friendly and answered all our questions. He was worried that we couldn't speak the language and spoke very slowly. You can buy a tram ticket at the front desk for 3 euros. It's about 30 minutes to Venice. I will stay here again next time.
