The hotel's location is excellent, right near Venice Santa Lucia train station, making transportation very convenient. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel itself has a very Venetian character, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. If you can get a room overlooking the Grand Canal, the view would be stunning. The breakfast is also quite good, with a decent variety of choices, and dining by the canal is a great experience. However, there were a few drawbacks during this stay. Our room was quite small, and for two people, the space felt cramped. There was hardly any extra room to sit and relax, and opening two suitcases at once made it feel very crowded. The bathroom was also not very spacious. Overall, the hotel's biggest advantages are its location and ambiance. If you prioritize convenient transportation, Venetian charm, and canal views, this hotel is definitely worth considering. But if you have high expectations for room size and living space, I recommend booking a larger room type.

The hotel is very close to the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The staff were professional, thoughtful, and attentive; the bellboy was particularly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, the environment was lovely, and the rooms were well-equipped, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located near the island's train station and parking lot. The main island isn't that big, so it's easy to walk everywhere. There's also a water bus stop right next door, which is great if you have a day pass. The room was spacious and even had a small balcony. Breakfast was decent, and both check-in and check-out were smooth.

It has been a great experience of living here especially for the breakfast included and locatio which is close to the train station.

The location is super convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the train station, so you can drop off your bags and start exploring right away. The restaurant downstairs is also very good, but the Wi-Fi signal in the room was a bit weak.

Terrible stay, avoid this hotel at all costs! 1. No porter service upon arrival. We had to carry heavy suitcases up stairs by ourselves, and the whole room is extremely old and shabby. 2. Official check-out time is 11:00, but our room power was cut off at 10:30 sharp. No air conditioning, impossible to charge phones, extremely hot inside. 3. A housekeeping staff burst into our room without knocking or permission. My friend was using the toilet and got badly frightened. When I questioned her about the early power cut, she only replied in Italian that I couldn’t understand. I asked her to speak English, yet she said she couldn’t and rolled her eyes with an extremely rude attitude. 4. On the way down to reception, the elevator suddenly lost power and trapped us inside; staff barely helped us open the doors later. 5. I explained all these issues to front desk when checking out, but they looked confused and offered zero solutions. They only said they would check with colleagues and never followed up with us. The service, facilities and management are all unacceptable. I will never book this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Hotel location near Santa Lucia station is perfect for travel, and grand canal is just at the front so perfect view during breakfast and chill out night. The room is very artsy, nothing to complain. Top of the money for this hote

Very close to the train station, no need to cross a bridge. There's a supermarket right across the street. The decor is luxurious, and there are seats by the river where you can enjoy the view! Excellent value for money, and the breakfast is good!

This was one of the most expensive hotel we have paid for during our Italy trip but the one with the worst check-in experience. As we saw reviews on Google that luggage has been stolen before with no camera to track, we wanted to lock our 2 luggages together for storage as the room was not ready. But the hotel staff became really defensive and did not allow us to do so, claiming that it’s difficult for him to handle for storage. The hotel even provided a slip that hotel declines all responsibilities of baggages. They do not want to bear responsibilities yet did not allow us to take basic precautions with our belongings. After sometimes debating with the reception and the staff, they finally allowed us to do so but gave really black faces even when we try to take picture of our luggages in the lobby. Upon returning from our long day of walk, the positive note is that the reception and the staff handling our luggages have a much more positive attitude and were more helpful. There were a lot of small stairs to our room so the staff assisted with the luggages. The main good thing is that this hotel is really near to Venezia Santa Lucia station and you do not need to carry luggages for a long distance across bridges. Facility is actually quite old and basic but at least clean. Breakfast view next to canal is good. Recommend for a short 1 night stay at Venice but we will likely not return again.

Very close to St Lucia station and do not need to carry the luggage over the bridge which is really a plus point. Hotel located in a very vibrating area with lots of shops around. Although most of the buildings look old but the internal of the room is well maintained and pretty clean.
