Great was great location, but this hotel is more like a hostel, no lift, no amenities, no nothing, breakfast was mediocre at best. I wouldn't stay here again. Staff was very friendly though.

This hotel was fantastic for the price. Location was better than I could have hoped for. Breakfast was amazing and staff was very friendly. I will certainly stay here next time I’m in Venice.

We had a lovely 3 nights stay in this hotel. Breakfast was great and beyond our expectation. Staff were friendly and Matti stood out being so kind and helpful with all our inquiries. Facilities was good enough for our needs. Location was really excellent just walkable to St Mark's Basilica & its nearby attractions & water transportations to other pride of Venice. Thank you to the management of Hotel Mercurio, overall it's a thumbs up for us! 👍

The stay experience was satisfactory, despite the check-in time being a bit late. However, the staff kindly helped me with my luggage and placed it in the room, which was heartwarming. It's just a shame that there were no facilities for making tea or coffee in the room, such as a kettle, and guests should be aware that they need to buy drinking water. The breakfast service was excellent, and even though I arrived late, the staff kindly brewed a cup of coffee for me before they closed. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole nonostante il check-in tardivo. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e ha portato i bagagli in stanza, gesto molto apprezzato. Peccato però che in camera mancassero attrezzature per preparare tè o caffè, come un bollitore; gli ospiti dovrebbero quindi tenere presente che devono comprare acqua potabile. Il servizio colazione è stato eccellente: nonostante fossi in ritardo, il personale mi ha preparato una tazza di caffè prima della chiusura. 入住體驗還不錯，check in 時間比較晚但是服務人員有替我把行李放在房間，很窩心。只是房間沒有任何水壺喝茶咖啡的器具非常可惜，要自己去買喝水的大家要注意。早餐服務很好，太晚去吃餐點快收了還幫我泡了一杯咖啡。

Everything good except them didn’t even provide a toothbrush. Breakfast was good too nice selection of hams. Staff friendly and helpful

The front desk lady Zhongyi is very considerate and can speak Chinese. She also gave me travel advice. The room was also very cozy. The luggage needed to be moved upstairs manually, but she kindly helped me move it up. I give a good review to the hotel and the front desk lady.

If you don't want to spend a lot of money in the old district, you can only stay in the old hotel. The location is good, close to the square and the famous shopping street. It is very convenient to go to the boat dock in both directions. I was given a room with a skylight in the bathroom. The room was very small and a bit crowded. I didn't take pictures. Alas, the old hotel is like that. It is better in terms of convenient transportation. The old lady at the front desk was not very enthusiastic.

Very good, the room I checked in was consistent with the reservation. The hotel has a good location and is close to various attractions. The front desk auntie speaks fluent English, is warm and thoughtful, and took me to the room for introduction. Very satisfied

The location is so good, it's convenient to go everywhere, the breakfast is great, but there is no quilt, so you can only use a blanket over a sheet. The service is very good. Googlemap navigation to the other side can only take a boat, and the waiter told us that there is a bridge to walk across.

The location is very good, located in the city center. The hotel service is very good. The handsome guy Mattia on duty in the afternoon shift is very kind and enthusiastic. The overall service is very good. I will choose this hotel again next time.

Excellent hotel!!! Well done for describing in detail the way from the pier to the hotel! For the first time in many times I found a hotel in Venice on the first try) very good breakfast. Nice and tasty. I was embarrassed by the stairs to the room and the lack of an elevator, but the suitcase was brought by an employee at the entrance, at the exit as well. But if there are problems, it is better to ask for a room below the floor). Everything else is great!
