I wouldn't call this place "exceptional." It's a decent budget option and a bit dated. Stayed on Lido before and I think that I would prefer that if going back.

The staff, including the front desk ladyChiara we’re all kind, and polite. The room was really fantastic. Everything in Venice seems walkable, however, we were in a very good region for the things we needed, single parent, traveling with two children. breakfast was quite good, filling. But also many good light options. I needed and received generous amount of coffee in the morning.
The staff was also courteous and supportive in our efforts to get our bags juggled, and they kindly held the bags for us for about four hours.
That allows us to see some elements of Venice that we would’ve missed if we had had our bags with us. Thank you guys for that.
Bathroom is spacious, clean, and well managed.
We had a triple room , Canalview,
Lovely two days in Venice, significantly augmented by our time at this property.

Beautiful hotel that is perfectly located a few minutes walk from Rialto Bridge. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was fabulous and it was honestly an amazong stay. Would definitely return.

Good location. Property needs better maintenance. One of our double sinks was broken, took 2 days for full repair. Toilet was partially working. Beds and pillows are very hard. Asked for foam toppers which they gave us but staff put king size one on upside down so I needed to flip it. Room temperature not really in your control…basically done by front desk staff and re-sets every time pull key card out. They have a beautiful bar area but it’s not staffed. Breakfast was tasty with fairly good variety

Absolute tremendous location, 5 minute walking distance to the Basilica San Marcos and the Doge Palace, of course that also means that there will be tons of dining options and small shops along the way since that is the #1 attraction in Venice. A breakfast buffet is included every day & the food is great. The staff are very nice and helpful also. The hotel room is clean and has plenty of amenities, i highly recommend it.

This is a lovely hotel in a great area. Close to the water bus, and we walked to the Dodge area, the Peggy Guggenheim Museum, and other attractions, There are tons of shops and restaurants.
The hotel room is small, but charming and clean. Nice full, warm shower. The breakfast buffet is delicious and well stocked, and we found everyone who worked there to be friendly and helpful.
If taking a water bus, get off at the Rialto stop and then the hotel is two blocks down a small alleyway. We made the mistake of getting off at San Marco Square and walked forever!!
