Amazing experience at this charming boutique hotel. Great location and fantastic breakfast. Silvia and Tania were kind and helpful from the moment we checked in. Although the hotel does not have a bar, there's a perfect Corner Pub just across the alley. Highly recommend.

good experience overall. nice rooms, spacious, clean, modern. a bit noisy sometimes. breakfast in a spectacular setting with good variety. reception not manned in the evening, and the wait can be long. water pressure and bathroom in general ok.

Attention to detail, very friendly and welcoming staff who were willing and capable to assist. Their liaison with water taxis was great. Our room was luxurious and very well appointed and situated in a convenient neighbourhood. The Breakfast was plentiful and served to us in a very pleasant manner in a lovely dining room.

Perfect boutique hotel in a quiet location in Venice. Close to great local restaurants. The breakfast is outstanding and the service second to none. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful often suggesting local places for us to eat and drink.

Quaint location. Great personal service. Nice rooms. The area is quiet and right next to the Guggenheim museum and the academia bridge. We loved it. The hotel staff was very helpful in giving us advice and making recommendations. The breakfast each morning was very good.

I am yet to go anywhere still held at Medium Security unit-surrey Charlwood Surrey RH6 0BN England No access to go anywhere the ticket to Bangkok is lowest probably from Rome, Italy Called Italian embassy but call didn't go through. Just wondering what is going on

Great little boutique hotel in a quiet, but strategically placed location. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. 100% recommended. If there’s a better place to stay in Venice, I don’t know where it is. Much better than the oversubscribed, tourist hotels.

Extraordinary atmosphere, great location (few meters from water bus, walking distance to S. Marco square), top and “elegant” assistance ( directly from the owner, I guess), room super comfortable, high quality breakfast , n. 1 value for money in Venice

It was an interesting place with very modern nice design but the check in area was very tiny ( no more than 2 persons with luggage can be there at once ) but understandably that is a very old home retrofit as a hotel accommodation . The manager Sylvia was super accommodating. The hot water was not working properly during our stay but she gave us another suit in a different location that was even better than our original room. Transportation from the airport was very challenging . The taxi driver dropped us off 25-30 min walk from the hotel. We had to walk almost 30 min to the hotel which was more inland but close to restaurants and museum.
