Very nice hotel. The room was small, but we are in Venice!
Very clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast, not included in our booking, should be a little bit better (we are in Italy!) even if the Cappuccinos were well made.
We close to the Rail Station in front of a nice and quiet square.

A small three-star hotel next to the station, based on a 4-star hotel and its infrastructure, a garden and tables on the Grand Canal, the hotel’s own pier in the courtyard for not very much money, what else does a tourist need.

It’s too small, just like a guesthouse in China!

No coffee/espresso machine in room. No tissues. No extra roll of toilet paper if you are low. Garden terrace has a door that someone can walk by and close and LOCK and you can be locked out of the building and be stuck on the roof (reception desk is across a courtyard and they will tell you to just pull harder on the door.). Water pressure in shower is very low. The rain head is a sprinkle and the handheld is mounted at your waist. You can’t charge electronics if you are not in the room. Lights? Ok. Chargers, not cool. Room is nice. Sheet with a stain. First set of electronic keys only one worked. People were very nice (except for the person who answered the phone when we were locked out on the terrace.)

What a perfect place to lay your head in the amazing Venice neighborhood. Staff friendly with great restaurant recommendations. One of the best meals I ate in Italy was right around the corner. I would happily go back and do it all over again !

Absolutely cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Location is perfect...we could walk from train station with luggage (over a couple bridges, but if you can't carry your luggage there are plenty of porters waiting to be hired), and then walked to bus station the next day. Gorgeous property on a lovely piazza with views of Grand Canal. Rooms are clean and have every amenity. Breakfast at related hotel property across the piazza was fantastic. There is a cute rooftop terrace. Service was top notch, both before arrival and during our stay. Worth every penny. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very good location. The room decor was really nice, especially the wood framed ceiling. Bed was comfy. Lobby was decorated nicely. There was difficulty checking in next door and the Ca Nigra entrance was hard to find. The garden was very qyuiet and peaceful

I enjoyed staying here very much! The hotel was charming, the air conditioning felt amazing after hot days in Venice, the staff was helpful, and they held our luggage for us across the way at the sister hotel until we were ready to leave. The shared patio on the roof was a great place to unwind after a long day. I would highly recommend this hotel for affordable accommodations in Venice.

This hotel is a very comfortable mid-priced option within ten minutes of the main station and one minute back from the Grand Canal. We were made welcome by a tentative staff. As with most hotels in Venice, the rooms are compact and historic. This is a great quiet location and good value for money but don't expect high-end luxury. The roof top terrace was closed during COIVID and is not yet re-open. However, we had access to a breakfast restaurant and bar in a neighboring waterfront hotel on the Grand Canal frontage.

Quiet, well located and the connection to the 4star resort is an added bonus (just across the courtyard), as the breakfast buffet is located there. Friendly, efficient staff. Good value and very authentic feel. Steps away from the grand canal.

We loved how the hotel has detailed antique Italian decor, the room as well, Don’t go by the photos of the Dinning area or breakfast you have to go to the hotel across for check-in and breakfast which there are no pictures of the Dinning area. Very nice area only 5 min walking from the Santa Lucía terminal, and very close to almost everything. Plaza San Marco is about 30 min walking which it was a great walk time looking around Venice.

Location fabulous, 10 min walk from airport bus stop, minutes from train & waterway options. Staff were very friendly, helpful & efficient. We had breakfast option and again staff was very friendly & helpful, breakfast was continental with some hot options e.g scrambled egg , sausages etc, boiled eggs, pancakes, pastries, various breads, cold meat, cheeses, tomatoes, fruit and wonderful coffee & fruit juice were amongst the other options available, I could go on…..honestly sets you up for a day of sightseeing. The room we had was in the annexe building, elevator available, courtyard view, air conditioning, fully equipped bathroom with plenty of toiletries & fresh towels, not necessarily a criticism but the hairdryer was slightly high for a couple of short Glasgow girls but we managed 😂😂. Very comfortable bed, tv with some English speaking channels should you want to watch, a small fridge for chilling drinks, a safe and plenty of storage. The hotel was ideally located for bars & restaurants and walking to most of the popular sights. We would have no hesitation in recommending and returning to this hotel.

Miriam at the front desk was a trendous help to us during our visit, suggesting an excellent nearby restaurant, helping us with train tickets and generally being there for us solving any problem. She and her colleagues made our stay memorable. Our only sadness was the roof top breakfast room was shut, but the garden by the Grand Canal was a great replacement.

Great location, very clean hotel. The check in person was VERY nice. Great little bar in the main hotel. Close to Vaporetto stops. The roof top terrace was a great place to see the sites. Bed was comfy and water pressure was great. The only problem was the curtains in my room were not black out so very bright but I still slept great. I would and will stay there again.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights before a road trip across Italy. It’s in a lovely quiet square, managed from the rather grander hotel opposite. Rooms are adequately furnished with air con (and did we need it !!!) and en suite bathrooms. Yes they are a little small, but it’s a base for exploring from. The water bus stop is only a few meters away - worth going round from the hotel stop to St Marks & see many main sites from a different perspective . You can walk to all main attractions/locations from the hotel, but it was 40 plus degrees when we were there so we used the water buses. Lovely little Cicchetti bar in walking distance (name escapes me but it’s near the closest Co-op supermarket) , which has a sister restaurant literally round the corner from the hotel . We ordered pizza one night, got some wine & sat on the hotel roof terrace (take mosquito spray) & had a lovely meal . Would stay again for another short break.
