In room check-in is offered- Breakfast is served until noon and room service is available 24/7 with a snack menu. You can book a water taxi from the train station to the hotel. The customer service also helped to contact us, which was great! The water taxi can also take us to the airport. The hotel is very special, with mirrors everywhere🪞, and the heating is very strong!

The hotel is wonderful - but its the people that make your stay special. Everyone that looks after you at this special hotel makes you feel like a personal guest. Rachele, Irene, Giacomo, Massimiliano - and others on the front desk and Michael (Angelo) and Helen in the bar with their colleagues - and the people that took care of our room each day all played a very kind part in making our Venice experience amazing.

The intimate hotel is very conveniently located: close to all the attractions, but not on a street crowded with tourists. Some hotel rooms overlook the Grand Canal. amazing breakfast, cleanliness. For a hotel of this level the price is not at all high.

I would like to express my complete gratitude and congratulate everyone who interacted with us. I’m used to traveling to five star hotels across the world and thus familiar with an outstanding hospitality. Fortunately you guys exceeded my expectations. Not only for the hotel’s amenities, space, comfort, decorations etc. but also, and most importantly, the staff. Would like to express my complete gratitude to everyone. Specially, the ladies from the breakfast Manuela and Vania, the front desk staff, Eduardo, the guys who received us upon checking in and also the staff who served our Room service. If you are looking for an elegant, high end boutique hotel with phenomenal service and food, Palazzina Grassi is the perfect choice. The front of the hotel is tucked away on a little side street and the back is on the canal. It’s in a great location, accessible for walking and boat trips. I was recently there for a short stay and was quite impressed.

Cleanliness of facility and friendliness of staff were wonderful. The staff goes above and beyond and it feels as if you’ve made a personal connection as they know a lot of your preferences only after a day or two of staying.

An excellent great from airport to hotel by water taxi , attendant waiting at the dock to great you and settle you to the bar to have a cocktail as they check you in . Fabulous bar with a stunning room . Check in quick and efficient . Room deluxe that I booked had a patio and enough mirrors in the room to capture any angle you like in pleasure. I would gladly stay in this hotel and its location is fabulous . Staff excellent . Grazie Millie for a wonderful stay
