Corte di Gabriela

This was absolutely our favorite hotel we stayed in during our 10 day trip to Italy. The hotel is on the quiet street, while also being near plenty of restaurants and bars. It is also very close to a Vaporetto stop. This was ideal for us. The service was also wonderful. They were always willing to help in any way they could. The breakfast cannot be beat. It was some of the best food we had in Venice. I am gluten free, and they made sure to bring me GF food every morning. They knew our names and my dietary restrictions without having to say it out loud. Finally, the room was also very nice - huge bathroom, comfortable bed and include robes / slippers. Extremely clean and well kept. I highly recommend this hotel

My wife and I visited Venice for 4 days and stayed at the Corte di Gabriela. Everything was perfect. The room was fantastic, the hotel itself was brilliant and so was the location. But most importantly the staff and the service were beyond expectations. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. And I'm one to give 1-4 stars when/as needed, if applicable, to try and leave honest reviews. The owner/chef made us breakfast every day, to order (options like scrambled eggs, omelets and crepes). The breakfast that's included should cost 20-30 euro or more if you got something similar in the area. Massimo at the front desk and the whole crew are welcoming, nice, helpful, and readily available. Look no further and book your stay here. Just keep in mind that like most places in Italy, AC is only available to use during certain times of the year. However, since we like to sleep cool, and it was in the 40s Fahrenheit outside at night, we just cracked the windows and they were nice enough to give us an electric fan to use, if needed. Rooms: Spacious room, luxurious feel, very comfortable mattress, big bathroom with a nice waterfall shower head. Nice amenities like a Nespresso machine with 4 pods they refill for you daily or as needed, and a little welcome kit as well. Location/Nearby Activities: Everything you want to see or eat is nearby. Truly. It's a perfect location. You are very close to the main canal drop off area too, so you can take a private water Taxi for convenience if you have a lot of luggage or just take the water bus and save a lot. Very short walk from drop off to hotel. Safety: Slept with windows open to allow the cool, crisp air and felt no concerns. There's a 24 hour concierge too. It's very safe.

My daughter and I stayed at Corte di Gabriela for three nights and it absolutely lived up to - and exceeded - all its reviews. Every detail at the hotel has been carefully thought through from the beautiful CG monogrammed bedding, dressing gowns and towels to the daily fantastic breakfast cooked with genuine care for its hotel residents. Bed was so comfortable and courtyard for breakfast was lovely. We had an early 6 am start on departure day and the hotel team kindly offered to pack us breakfast for the airport. We didn’t take them up on that offer but were very grateful for the fresh moka pot of coffee made for us at 5.45 am before we left. The hotel itself is beautiful but Gian Luca and his team truly make this hotel shine. Would come back to Venice just to be able to stay at Corte Di Gabriela again. Thank you for looking after us so well.

This is our second stay at Corte Di Gabriela--and it is easily one of the two best hotel experiences we've ever had. It is a first-class boutique hotel, managed impeccably. When we prepared to arrive for our second stay, they reached out in advance, having kept a record of our requests and preferences from our first stay. Our room and bed could not have been more comfortable, more spacious, or better appointed. The bathroom was superb. And the breakfast: if we had any complaint, it was that there was too much food, and too much good food, on offer. Fresh fruit, eggs, charcuterie, multiple tarts and muffins and cakes. Venice is probably our favorite city to visit, and Corte Di Gabriela is now one of the reasons why.

The Gabriela is a professionally run boutique hotel. They do everything well and are there for you each step of the way. It is also located in the heart of everything. Breakfast is spectacular and served with a smile and advice. We will be back.

The hotel is well situated in central Venice, near a small canal, a quiet location but still close to restaurants and the nain turistic attractions. The staff is kind, helpful and professional. Breakfast was a special gourmet-level experience. Overall, excellent!

Beautiful quiet hotel in a great location with wonderful service. Walking distance to all sites. Breakfast was outstanding. Chef prepared fantastic breakfast. The attention to detail was apparent in every aspect, from the room which was warm and cozy, to the bathrooms which had many amenities. This was truly a special place. My wife and I really enjoyed it.

What a unique boutique hotel! Modern but warm . Personalized service with a very attentive and welcoming staff. From breakfast to turndown this is the place to stay! Luxurious linens, towels and the most amazing amenities. Any need that I had was addressed. An intimate setting was exactly what I was looking for in Venice and my expectations were exceeded. Easy canal access. Run by people who care and take things to the next level.
