The hotel location is great! Very close to everything. The service is excellent. The manager is very pleasant and helpful. You can check out and leave your luggage and then come back to rest in the restaurant if needed. Be prepared for noises. Venice is so touristy and there is not a lot of soundproofing. I use earplugs when I sleep so it wasn’t much of a problem for me. Be prepared to buy bottled water. Bring your own amenities like body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrush, these items are not given at the hotel. The bed is comfortable and the heat works very well. Overall it is recommended for a good rest and a central location.

Good luck getting any sleep here. The hotel is SO CLOSE to a bell tower that rings at least every hour up until 12am and rings first thing in the morning at 8am. It’s also located in a weird alley where people from the back of a business stare at you and make you feel uncomfortable and unsafe. They also PENNY PINCH TO THE MAX. If you want another clean towel it’s 2 euro each towel… and when we asked for water from staff they didn’t tell it wasn’t free so they ended up charging us at the end. Lastly, no elevators here and the stairs are STEEP. Venice is so small that it honestly doesn’t matter where you stay, I would avoid this hotel if you can. SAVE UR MONEY!!

This property was very close to Rialto bridge and a very nice sized room. It was clean and staff were very friendly. Instructions provided to arrive were very clear and helpful. A lot of shops and restaurants were within a few feet. The only issue was pillow thickness, as they were very flat.

This place was perfect! The location, cleanliness, and Luka were amazing. From the moment we arrived, Luka was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms were large, spacious, and exceptionally clean—something that is very important to me. I can’t say enough about how spotless everything was. The location is ideal, with many major attractions just a 5–10 minute walk away. I have already recommended this place to all of my family and friends, and I will definitely be back myself. Highly recommended!

This hotel was a great place to stay in Venice. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a central location in Venice as this was extremely close to many of the main attractions I was planning on visiting.
