Nice, calm country side area, need a (expensive) taxi to get to Venice lagoon. Apartment was nice, clean and spacious. Good for families and sport groups and for people that seek peace and quiet. Pool area was great but open only until 7pm. If you spent a day in the lagoon you didnt have a chance to swim. Breakfast was poor and not fresh. Friendly staff.

We booked this last minute because we wanted an extra day near Venice. The free parking was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean. It provides many sporting facilities such as tennis courts and swimming pools. There are many shops nearby (just a car ride away).

Remote hotel. Not much here. Clean though and v comfy beds but no fridge in room! Breakfast is bland and forget the eggs/cheese if you’re a veggie as they mix them with ham and bacon. Get your bus tickets from the newsagent at the back of the hotel. Tell reception tho as the gate is locked and you can’t get out without your card, Tickets are 1.5E each way, The shop closes for a siesta bet 1230-3.30pm. Lidl is across the road selling bottles of water for 25c. We arrived late as flight delayed. Our key was left in reception. Grumpy man on reception next day demanded our passports and promptly asked us to pay a tax of 47E. Last minute did not tell us about this extra hidden charge, Nothing on at night time, we had a few drinks outside but loads of mozzies. Venice well worth the trip and aching legs. You will do 000’s of steps! Bring comfy shoes. Don’t bother paying 80E for the gondola tour, just get on the public ‘Traghettio’ that the locals all use. A steal at 2E each way. We timed it so we could sit on the end so we could get the perfect pic. All in all not bad, was ok but forgettable. Will think twice about booking with Last minute and WIZZ airlines again as v stressful and tortuous journey/experience.

Just a great hotel. With excellent service. Clean, cozy, very tasty food in the hotel restaurant!! Venice is 20 minutes by car from the hotel, but it is even better. The hotel is suitable for both couples and families with children. Lots of activities

We were looking for a mix of pool and relaxation and sightseeing in Venice and this hotel was perfect for just that! A taxi takes about 15-20mins into the centre of Venice (40 euro there with a private taxi and around 30 euro back with a public taxi) even with The taxi it was still LOADS cheaper and nicer than staying in Venice. The pool and sports facilities are part of a country club that the hotel is attached too. Fantastic clean pool and sun bed area - with a small cafe. The restaurant onsite at the hotel was very nice but a little pricey and not many veggie options but was fine for us as we had dinner in Venice each night, but seems most of the hotel guests did eat in the restaurants and seemed to enjoy their meals. Breakfast is served in the same restaurant, a decent breakfast, nothing that particularly stood out but simple enough. Fresh fruit and more pastries would be good but we were satisfied with it. The hotel is very clean and set in a beautiful quiet , green setting away from all the hustle and bustle. David at reception was Very helpful and went out of his way to help with whatever was needed. The only comments I wld say that the hotel could improve upon is providing free towels for use at the pool (currently have to pay extra for that) and for reception to be manned in the evening when guests and coming and going. There is someone only at the desk till 6/7pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and was a perfect tranquil oasis before/ after returning from touring Venice.

Visiting Venice we stayed at the Green Garden, friendly welcome in French please, the rooms are beautiful but lack cheerfulness new furniture, air conditioning that makes noise, and musty smell in the room, average breakfast compared to our previous hotel which remains in the average of all the hotels we have known in Italy, good advice given at reception and taxi reservation for Venice. Nice swimming pool to share with people from outside, good starting point to visit Venice

Very nice hotel, free parking, possibility to use the indoor pool, excellent restaurant, very good breakfast and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel (n.10 Assaggiano / Marzabotto) that goes right to the Mestre station. I recommend, however, and this is why I give 3 stars, to have a little more attention to the customer. We arrive and they tell us that since check-in is from 3.00 pm and we return later, they leave the key on the reception desk because after 4 pm there is no one! Oh well ... We ask for the pool and they tell us that the times are written there in front of me, that's fine too but at least what do I know ... Explain to us that to go to the pool you have to go outside and cross the tennis courts, I say this because we came down from the room with our bathrobes because we didn't know we had to go outside, also no one was able to explain to us where exactly it was! Another small attention .. we did not know that the restaurant was under another management (by the way excellent), we called to ask if it was still possible to eat and ... They told us to call the restaurant (which in any case waited for us without problems). For the rest it has all the comforts and is very clean, I would recommend it as well as you to improve on this point.
