This hotel is tucked down a side street but only a few steps from the main shopping area in San Marco. Our host was very accommodating and very knowledgeable. Breakfast each morning with coffee pastries breads eggs. Loved our stay!!

Staff was great. The location was great. Only thing we didnt like were the stairs to get upstairs. My mother is 85 and that was tough.

The host was extremely helpful. She made our stay much more special, and my family and i appreciate her assistance. The location was perfect and the room comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I can't wait to return.

Very kind reception by host/general manager on site, who was very helpful and makes great breakfast. Our space was tight but very well kept by host.
The only negative was the 50 steps to get from front door to Level 3. Elevator needed BADLY and lift doesn't work.
Soooo many steps in Venice already. Unbearable with luggage.
