The rooms were nice but could've been dusted a little better. The staff were nice and very helpful during our stay. The breakfast served daily was amazing and so was the door service. We had some pretty late nights and they were so accommodating and friendly about it. Would stay again.

I booked this hotel because it was on the waters edge and easily accessible with luggage for water taxis etc. it had so many wonderful reviews too. Firstly there is no elevator in the building. Even though they take your luggage up… there are many stairs to climb. Didn’t bother me but could be a problem for somebody slightly less active. The room was clean but basic. The bathroom had an old school claw foot tub with shower and curtain around. They did supply robe and slippers but take your own shampoo and conditioner. The tile floors were wearing thin and you can’t walk bare foot. Sharp edges and holes in floor. Walls need a little paint etc. cracks all over. The service on the other hand was amazing. Samuel at the front desk went above and beyond to assist and was simply charming. If they took care of some of the issues we would definitely recommend and stay there again… on the ground floor next time. Great location in Zattera. Lots of gorgeous shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Absolutely unique place. Fantastic, amazing. I can not find right words. Super located, walking distance to all Dorsoduro must see attractions. Very friendly people working there, everybody with big smile, ready to help. Fantastic kitchen too and asome desing of rooms. I am strongly recomending this place!

Amazing people and so very nice. A great atmosphere and location. The rooms need a bit of TLC and updating, although the bathrooms are new. There were a lot of stairs to our room with a magnificent view, which wasn't their fault.
